    Still overvalued by a lot. Some areas have doubled in price and now anyone who has bought recently is underwater on their mortgage. It was a bubble that has now popped.

      Not yet now the goverment ia giving families free money to pay their mortgages im very positive there will be no crash the goverment will do anything to prevent it

    Your typical home priced at 400k is really worth about 250k-275k pre covid which is the real value not this artificial inflation

    Mmm still overpriced. Some houses are $900K when they were $400-500K in 2020 the sellers need to get realistic with their expectations

    A 10,30 or 50% reduction its not a crash its just prices coming back to normal
