Datsun is a great car. I'm Thai and I tell myself that one day I'll be able to buy one. Please keep it as it is a very rare car. You are very lucky. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
When it comes time for some engine upgrades you might want to look at the Motorcycle cylinder head swapped Datsun 1200 that ran in IPRA ( Improved production racing Australia ) tho it ran a restricted turbocharged the engineering thought behind a modern cylinder head with everything done from factory requiring no further modifications has a lot of merit for the trusty Datsun A series. Like the BUSA cylinder head swaps onto A series Toyota engines in Japan as well . Some of those run with re-jetted original motorcycle carbies just requiring a fair bit of distributor regraphing or electronic programmable unit swaps to take advantage of the RPM gains . I think a multi valve high revving A series would be quite a surprise at any car event in Thailand .
I like the sound of doing something like this with the Datsun!! I’ve got a classic ford also which I’m putting a set of motorbike carbs on. Cheers for the video link, I will get researching 👍👍
I’m torn as I love the look of it at this height but rough roads are a challenge!! I’ve got a jack and some tools now so I might just put the front up a bit next time I’m heading somewhere where I know the roads will be bad
Can’t wait for the next E.P.🇱🇦
Yes you definitely needed the rear storage box at rear.keep up the good look forward to your next episode and adventure .
Cheers!! It definitely makes things easier having the storage box. It allows me to carry more spares and tools also💪

This is awesome 😎
Going for a cheeky side pipe for the exhaust?? A BMW 318 engine work work nicely too...maybe with a turbo
Haha that’s an idea!! I do want a quieter journey though!!
Do you what the brand of wheels are, and also the sizes, offset?
Don’t know much about the wheels I’m afraid. Tyres are 195/55 r15. I’ll have a closer look next time there off see if i can see any markings
Are you still considering raising it a little bit?
