You can teach it by giving it some feedbacks so it’ll learn. For example, it can learn to limit the amount of rose water to wipe out other flavors.

I can see at some point in the near future, someone will open a restaurant with a menu entirely AI generated, even if the AI software generating the recipes can’t possibly taste to determine the quality of the recipes it is creating. Peculiar to think that computers that we created have advanced to the point they are now creators themselves. Or according to who you ask, the computers are now thieves who steal others ideas and themes and repurpose it as their own. I’m not sure which side I stand on yet, but it’s very interesting to see how the field has progressed in the last few short years! This was an awesome idea for a video!

a language ai is not a good base for recipe generation, but the idea is pretty interesting and i think it should be feasable to create a neural net for cooking and feed it recipes and their ratings as training data to improve on existing recipes. After training it could be modified to create new recipes.

10:57 Unique flavour profiles is exactly what i desire the most from a dish i make for just myself actually heh
I rly love a variety of sours and bitters alongside all the other flavours and even like to use ingredients which have like secondary flavour elements; yanno how like the crunch of a potato chip adds to its flavour, or how pop rocks and carbonation provide a satisfyin texture, or even how the gummyness of a gummy worm makes it diff than a hard candy or marsnmallow wud be instd.
The ingredients the AI generated instantly called out to me as somethin id like just cuz i saw like four wildly diff flavours mixed together (molasses, buttermilk, gochujang, and rosewater) and the actual finished recipe is defsomethin id enjoy grtly; with some minor modifications
I think the buttermilk in the pesto is genius too, as thats exactly the sorta thing that cud benefit from added creamyness and the buttermilk will even add sour notes alongside rich dairy flavours. Its no diff to me than addin yogurt to such a sauce wud be, which feels entirely apropos for this clearly asian inspired pasta

  • @SylviaRustyFae
    @SylviaRustyFae ปีที่แล้ว +4

You were supposed to mix the seaweed in when you also mixed in the buttermilk. That wudve at least given this more of a green look in the final product; akin to how you topped with seaweed in the end heh
I dont think it wud change much other than texturally, tho the seaweed bits wud be a pop of saltyness among the rest of the pasta and the added bits of green are nice... The colour is def somethin ya cant fix at all.
Id honestly probs add turmeric to fix the colour, maybe even tomato paste, or both; neither has a flavour that strong but both wud brighten it up. Id be tempted to add lemon or lime juice to further brighten it up, tho it can sour the buttermilk more; so just gotta be careful about when mixin and how thorough mixin if doin that
Oh, garbanzo beans/chickpeas wud also def help this whole thing look a nicer colour and provide a nice flavour, which also makes me think a tbsp of yogurt wud be a nice addition here for similar reasons.
The recipe def alrdy feels distinctly like asian food so may as well lean harder into those elements. Heck, if ya like spicy, finish the pasta with a spoonful of gochujang paste while its on the plate. Provides a nice colour contrast and significant spicyness for those who desire such. Or swap in a less spicy hot sauce if desired.
Oh, and id def top the pasta with some green herbs, like dried dill bcuz its my go to herb

@@FlavorLab i get it heh, i constantly transpose things not just when typin and talkin, but also when tryin to do a list of things heh.
Its quite common for me to do a part of a step early or just completely miss a step entirely. This is mostly stuff like when makin iced coffee ill forget to put ice in the cup until after pourin the first shot in, or when im makin prty much any one pot dish ill just forget x or y ingredient and either add it late or not at all; or similarly ill put it in early cuz my brain is tryin to not forget it bcuz i forgot it last time xD

AI doesn't create recipe's, it makes an educated guess of what combination of information in it's database best answers your question.
This is why asking a very well defined question gets you a usable answer, and for allmost everything else you get some degree of crap.

Using the following ingredients only, create a brand new recipe that currently does not exist. Beef mince 7 eggs 700 grams of finely diced shallots 5 potatoes 9 slices of low fat cheese garlic sauce 8 thinly sliced tomatoes 20 mL of pineapple juice and 3 mashed cucumbers
Beef Mince and Shallot Stuffed Tomato Boats
    Ingredients:
    700g finely diced shallots
    7 eggs
    7 potatoes
    9 slices of low-fat cheese
    8 thinly sliced tomatoes
    20 mL of pineapple juice
    3 mashed cucumbers
    Garlic sauce
    Beef mince (500g)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Olive oil
    Fresh herbs (optional)
    Instructions:
    Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash the potatoes and mix with the mashed cucumbers.
In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the diced shallots. Cook until softened.
Add the beef mince to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and pour them into the pan with the beef mixture. Cook until the eggs are set.
Cut the top off of each tomato and scoop out the inside to create a boat shape.
Fill the tomato boats with the beef and egg mixture.
Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish and top each one with a slice of cheese.
In a bowl, mix together the pineapple juice and garlic sauce. Brush the sauce over the tops of the stuffed tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
