That was always my favorite Sheldon moment when it comes to "normalize and humanize" him - Sheldon can be such a pain in the ass but deep down he truly cares about his friends and especially Leonard. It was so nice to see this expressed for once and then in such a simple but beautiful way.

When Howard told Leonard "he missed you", it broke me. The emotion in that line delivery was phenomenal, perfectly delivered. He has no idea how much he's loved by Sheldon

Leonard could never bond with his siblings like an older brother he wanted to be and neither could sheldon as the youngest sibling. So he became the irritating younger brother and Leonard became the loving and caring elder brother. they both emotionally needed each other although sheldon couldn't realise it that early in the show.
100%. And I'd say that Leonard couldn't even bond with his mother at the start, and became sort of a son to Mary, in a way.

It's not a laugh track. A laugh track would be on a separate audio track than the sounds being recorded by the cameras, its not. Coz its a live audience.
So... what ur saying is ur wrong... coz if SNL doesnt have a laugh track, how come this one does? TBBT was recorded in front of an audience. There isnt a separate audio track for the laughter, like there is for the music. I had to cut out certain parts and fade them, you can hear that, so there wouldn't be as much laughing. There is no laugh track.

"Where your biological family failed you..." Urgrh, I am crying so hard at the moment, your edit is a masterpiece. Sheldon and Leonard are brothers. They stick together like glue, Leonard is always there for Sheldon and although Sheldon has a hard time telling in words how much Leonard means to him, he has shown it many times in actions. Sheldon will always long for the affection and friendship of Leonard because he knows that Leonard understands him and accepts him as the person he is, weird habits and all.
Chandler and Joey are maybe one of the closest friends in the history of sitcom

This show its amazing how far its come till it ended on a sweet note. I love this show. It started off as a group of men learning to really become men and later they all marry and have kids and live life as functioning adults lots came from difficult childhoods and learned to grow together as a family

If can think in your best friend while you watch this, is because you understand what means friendship. After you discover the darkest side of that person while the years, after you forgive him and he forgive you, than you can call him a friend.
I’m a combination of mostly all the characters in the show, Sheldon’s bad social skills, Raj’s mutism, Sheldon’s eidetic memory and smartnesses. Leonard’s family problems and lots more. I’ve been called a nerd for a long time by everyone including my own family. My own family makes fun of me for it. I don’t show emotions, they assume it doesn’t bother me but it does. I have no friends, no one to hang out with, no one that gives a sh!t about me. I’m really glad that there’s always something I can call home, even though it’s just a show with actors who don’t know me. But it’s a great comfort to know it’s always there
The bond that sheldon and leonard have is pure love.
