I have lived on the hilltop for over a decade and aint no gang shit poppin off.The only thing sketchy is the homeless drug addicts looking to beg and steal.
but nah its not what it used to be, which is good
Bullshit I'm from Texas these niccas killing in seattle tf you talm bout
@@94Pressuredeadass now and days it’s false flexing Fr
Except the chevron on 11th and and sprague. Someone gets shot there like every week.
My guy... I was 12 in 1993. my aunts brother in law lived about 3 blocks from St Joe. I was excited a AF my other uncle gave me this chicago bulls pin stripe short set. First time I got popped at right thurr.. 2 of my aunts lived on Trafton, right across from the Trapp house
that place been shot up Many times.. sleeping up stairs with shit blocking street side windows from the automatic fire.. if you was there my auntie was the it wit the Chevelles and the PICK UP WIT THE CAMPER. Other auntie moved Dowm the block behind the hostess store.. dude stayi with her owed some big time tweaker some money they burnt his ass set her house on fire and killed ol boy.. Shit was not sweet.
Imagine being over 25 and still hangin on the block. It’s a sickness.
Life’s short and boring.. I’d rather step on shit
im born and raised on hill top. My guy said he was raised in the house in that house on the corner of 16th&M i grew up on 16th&L. the house he pointed at was not the same house. It was torn down long ago and rebuilt by some old German lady and her husband.,
Dude said he did 13yrs!!!!!….then came right back to do the same thing lol
😂😂😂
Tacoma is Seattle's junkie cousin that never showers.
And is in and out of rehab all the time
It’s the other way around
🤣🤣🙈💯
I lived on hilltop for 7 years. One time I had locked my keys in my car, so I walked around the block and found a random homeless dude with a back pack, asked if he could help me and offered him $20. Sure enough he pulls out a break in kit and was able to open my door in like 10 seconds.
PNW weather is so depressing in the winter
Last few years ain’t been so bad.
I grew up as a kid on the hilltop in the 80s back when there were real gangsters. These new so-called Gangsters Don't intimidate shit
go out there and say that??
Yes indeed the late 80s and the early 90s was pretty active on the Hilltop, it looks very nice nowadays regardless if people nowadays want to make it sound like it's crazy and grimy
@@AnimalAlmighty lol he's speaking facts
@@TripleOGWhyteLoc never said he wasnt. if they not intimidating why you talking on the net? be about it and go say it.
@@TripleOGWhyteLoc yep the hilltop has totally been gentrified. Unless you have a lot of money you're not going to be living up there unless it's on the street.
I made the plant hangers in the back ground under the lights when I worked as the welder/metalworker for Shop 3 Fleet service years ago. Left the jig for the guy that replaced me.
It’s definitely not as bad as it was in the 90s but we’re also not in the dead of winter yet when a lot of people are out of work and bored.
I'm from North Miami this is funny as hell to me. Miami cleaned itself up largely because the people were just fatigued by that gangster shit. To see grown ass men in 2024 glorifying this shit like a highschool clique is on another level of "doin to much".
I went to giaudrone with damari.. i was bullied pretty bad but he was 1 of the dudes that protected me once and ill never forget that shit. R.I.P
Yeah he was dope, I went to giaudrone also and had a few classes with him
Damari is my older cousin we celebrate him every year on his birthday glewie day
@5tarz._jay good man he is... always would dap me up in the hallways almost to show others he had my back. Just the small shit u remember from so long ago and to kno he is gone makes me feel pretty bad. R.i.P Damari
these people are so sad. glorifying them not doing anything except letting them embarrass themselves
Exactly 💯
The best thing about the hood is the fact that you're free to leave it.

shut up u don’t even live in Tacoma, Tacoma hasn’t even been bad the last 20 years- it wasn’t until covid happened that all the gangs made it worse and ruined it for everyone living there that have families n roots there. It’s bc they get a race hall pass from our cops but not for long. their time is comin jus u wait 😊
Nice to see a Tacoma tour.
I kno a try hard when I see 1😒
🤣🤣😆😆😆😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂 ya Imposters
Tacoma is literally considered one of the nicest cities to live on the West Coast. That shit is like 60% white ppl 😆 compare that to Watts or Compton where the demographics is 95% blacc & Mexican. C’mon cuh this shit is comedy
@@Guttagangboosie102 exactly 🤦🏿♂️💯
@@Guttagangboosie102 Tacoma is a joke
Those be the ones you gotta look after tbh they’ll do anything to prove and crash out
Ain’t nobody out there because it's cold af 😂
Frrr
These dudes said someone get killed everyday LMAOO Tacoma average 15 murders a year
There was 48 last year
@@treal4535 45 and most of those weren’t gang related.
@@DeezNutz-tz2qs yeah not gang related
Yea im atlanta somebody or 2 die everyday same as philly … washington is soft compared to the east i respect everywhere im at but yall niggas definitely tryin to hard i doubt yall would survive in philly or DC
All these young ass druggie niggas are the problem.
Love from Hartford Connecticut ❤
I was born in Tacoma and but moved to Indiana bc my family from here but my dad always told me that the hill top in Tacoma was always getting it cracking and they had alot of different culture gangs like Asian gangs, Samoan gangs and the list goes on but ill always love my city even though i aint been bk an a ling time
Parkland / Lakewood which is basically a Tacoma neighborhood has hella Samoans and polys.. they are known for Samoan bloods I grew up there
@@justinwhite821 yessir you sure is right I ain't been back home since I was a baby I might not remember everything but my pops & Mom told me a lot about my hometown even though they ain't from Tacoma my momma from Indiana and pops from new Jersey 💯
Crazy how it's more dangerous now than its ever been. Everyone in WA knows how cracking Tacoma use to be in the 80s and 90s.
I live in Tacoma and all I see is homeless and crackheads no gang bangers 🤣
@@justinwhite821You ain't lying, I'm from Long Beach and got family in Lakewood first day I touchdown my cuddy and I matched with some usos chillen at some lil Park lake
This for suburban kids get hurt man it’s ok to not be tough man that city ain’t like that
I don't believe them
Corn ball gang. Homie works at McDonald's. Only thing he slangin is bugers.
Born raised tacoma wa hilltop mile away skater steve olsen skated with me one time so crazy
Growing up 90's was crazy 💯
Thing's are different but the same..
A little investments and clean up.
One of the best cities in the US ❤
Mind your business and be respectful, he said it all.
Whew you from?. I was back and forth between Spanaway and Tacoma
Lived at My grandma's on 12th and at my grandpa ran a store on the north end. I went to Wilson for a minute
My last duty station was in Tacoma. I kinda miss it. But I don't miss the rain. I stayed in hilltop for a while after I got out the Army.
Tre Capone and Z Capone they wit tha gang on crip.
Thats crazy I just left out there
I lived on 9th and Sheridan right by 8th block with the NHC. It’s literally 3 blocks from that store and the park across the street . It definitely does go down all around there, bros not cappin. got too many crazy stories lmaooooo😂😂😂😂
I lived in several spots around hilltop over a span of 7 years. I stayed in the brick house at the corner of 9th and Sprague with the big porch for about 6 months. At the time it was a transitional house. We got broken into once but caught the dude. Another time I seen the cops talking to these youngins across the street, he cuffed one and another one ran off. The look on the cops face had me dying.
Moved to Tacoma on June 3rd, 1988. Good times
Tapn let’s film some in Tacoma again but this time on the Eastside.
Hilltop , south Tacoma, south end Tacoma, Lakewood, and parkland is where all the black gangs are at. Eastside Tacoma got they name from the 90s with the cali bloods and asisn bloods . But on some real shit south Tacoma and the south end been on that since the 2000s. That where it all happens
Yes ❤I grew up on the Eastside Tac. 64th and Portland. Went to Mcilvaigh. I live in New Hampshire now on the east coast suck a culture difference
East got nbp, Asian gangs an vatos plus bloods an crips
I left in 2007..I was an x man and used to buzz around Fife n east side. It was still big on the Asians in thr east when I left, but my homie said it changed up when they rebuilt the crack house and a bunch of it moved east..
slide thru to tha 209 next
Two thumbs up
Coming from STL, Tacoma was the cleanest and safest city I’ve ever lived in. I loved it there. I remember driving through hilltop. I had no idea that was the hood. It was so nice 🤷🏾♂️
Because it's not the hood anymore. South T and Eastside are active af but hilltop is a historic district
Hilltop got gentrified just like central district if you came there in the 2000’s you would see dudes at every corner store every day but now you just gotta be on social media these kids record themselves killing another
Face it blood theres no hoods in tac 😂 n im from east side tac and be in south tac too @@coops5060
It got gentrified, it was active during the late 90’s early 2000’s
@@Simonexx_x that’s when I was stationed there in the army. I joined in 2001. It was such a nice place. The best duty station ever
Weirdest stuff ever is Crips wearing more red than bloods
That's everywhere now including LA. Nobody cares about color anymore
What happened to i-5 one of the first hood vlogs in Seattle
Your biggest enemy in his world is often yourself...look in the mirror to see who is really doing you harm.
Browns was one the hardest places hilltop 80s-90s
Hilltop is nothin now
But back when it was scary
11:24 Stone II from SOS in San Diego. Dope music
Much love for Tacoma
I'm from the East Coast but I live on the eastside Tacoma been through hilltop afew times when brother lives over there didn't have an issue with anyone but soon as I moved over here I got shot last year coming out of 711 by some young dudes screaming hilltop I'm like damn I don't even know these dudes but point us don't get caught lacking anywhere!!
You did Seattle?🔥🔥Gotta do Portland next
There’s already two for seattke years ago . Not now and they ain’t from Seattle . So they not gonna do a walk through on a hood they ain’t from .
I know it’ll come up ! Just not by them !
what the hell is in portland lol Other than hippies and weirdos. Portland aint active at all
Should have hit Hosmer up, the hill ain’t like it was back in the 90s
Hilltop ain't nothing like it use to be 20-30 yrs ago. However Lakewood on the other hand, if you ain't wearing a vest and packin, you might loose your life. I grew up in L.A and no crip would wear red, and vice versa. 😂
I like to go to ezells chicken on hilltop. They got them gizzards on loc lol
I used to live on 9th and Sheraton. The shove dove was the cuban place. My grandmother's house used to be where the people's center is.
That’s not even the hood bro stop capping
🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯
I'm real Hilltop. 60's through 2000's. These are the lost 90's babies. Those boys could not not be flamed up on 9th and K st.
I remember them OLB was tho off 27th and G at those public housing units there they was most def flamed up they controlled that little part and that's facts cuz
facts the first Crips to wear red was LiL Casper
Come to Portland !!!!!
I lived in Portland in 2012. I felt like I was the only black person there.
Thefrom hilltop but why alot of the vid was in the eastside?? Lol
My people shop next to the candy store, TSM ✊🏽
Johnson Candy baby!!!
He a crip his homeboy said what’s popping 😂😂😂
Is hilltop still bangin like that? I grew up on the hill where dudes from 16, Trafton blocc, and 8 Blocc were banging hard. Then the younger generation started 17yb
Hell no. Rich people and 11 year old gorls at 2 am can play hop scotch. I live on hill top.
They bang but not traditional, all the business shit done socials so nobody’s outside w it
Only ppl banging in hill top outside these days are just homeless druggies
Yep, had a few homies from 16th n Trafton blocc
Just like most cities it’s all social media most of these kids recorded crimes until they get caught hood meetings are rare but still happen but most gang members don’t live in their hoods because of gentrification
I’m from Oakland but I use to live off 23 rd in Hilltop for 2 years when I was 10 I new lil HP
That’s my grandmas church on the Hill across the street from the candy store
19th in Cushman they used to be posted up at I know some of them bc family
I been up here from north side sacramento for 4 years now. Shit mid out here in tacoma!!😂😂
Where he get hoodie made at
Probably the B&I
East on 🔝 free da homies out the chain gang big 4oe4oe
What u think bout auburn hommiess
Sad these cats think this gang life is what life’s about. They’d rather see these young kids in school get killed over shit rather then get a education and be something positive with their lives.
been here 20 plus, they definitely get it in. especially coming from another coast.
Real facts, appreciate the respect
They used to blood 🩸
Them Niggaz is shooing practice now
@@justinwhite821 LMAO you a joke

OG should had mentioned htc and the army rangers shoot out in the 80s. I
LongLive ‘Dos Mucho!’
i get my haircut at tht barbershop alla time 😂
2000 babies will never know 😂
I grew up when MLK WAS still K’st and the store across from peoples park was lucky 7 and brownes was popping and as soon as u came to the top off the hill on 25th shit was like entering a war zone if you were white police would pull you over and tell you to get out the neighborhood it’s not safe or they knew u was looking for dope….. I grew up at 2301 south L White House on the corner across street from the Hilltop Bar when shit was crazy crazy … people wouldn’t believe how many smokers and hilltops was outside rolling craps and hustling with bullet proof cameras all up and down 23rd wit drive byes happening regularly…. Gangbanging will never be what it was the crack epidemic made it what it was in the hood nowadays gamgbanging is completely different but definitely savage these youngin as don’t hesitate to shoot…. I love my city Tacoma is being overrun on the hilltop with gentrification and it’s sad ….
Yeah back in the 90s.
U remember the hilltop crip/army ranger shootout on 25th n Sheridan back in 1989? I grew up on S Melrose which was about a half a mile from there at the bottom of the 15th st hill.
All the hoods in every city across America are being or have been gentrified smh shyt sad
Facts!!!!!
Come to Oakland California we don’t bang crip or blood come check us out fam!!!❤
Shout out Oakland mane!! from Tacoma and the rest of of the 253! 🦾

BORN AND RAISED ON THE HILLTOP DUCE TRES TIL MY HEART STOP
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Calm down! You soft as a grape.
It's not as hard as it once was. When I first moved up here from Cali in 99. I asked what is the worst neighborhood in the area. Everyone said it was Hilltop. So of course, we rolled through. It wasn't nothing during the day, so we rolled back through on the weekend around 1am. All I saw was folks shakin rocks on the corner. Nothing to worry about. Yeah im sure there are areas that are shady, but I wasn't impressed. Everyone says it was crazy back in the 80s, and early 90s, when all the Cali Crips were up here. You should look into the story about the Crips and Ft Lewis Army Rangers that had a shoot out up there. I've always been about to each their own. If your down, your down. Live your life, the way you feel fit.
Shit was wild mid 80s till mid 90s
@jaysonseraile yeah I got a few of my boys that was up there in them days. They said its pretty weak in comparison in today's Hilltop. But change is all around. Properties being snatched up and torn down. New neighborhoods being built daily
Cali nyggas was getting whacked up there when they moved from LA they thought Tacoma/Seattle nyggas were sweet
They still tryna relive the 90s 😂
The tacoma dome view
My favorite Graffiti from Tacoma gotta be from a trash can around Hosmer “Your bike not stolen just borrowed.”
The best graffiti in Tacoma is under the 38th street bridge by the train tracks, a graffiti s crest practice spot
Gotta do downtown Seattle homie
Downtown Seattle is just hustle blocks bro our hoods are in the Everett The North End Central The South End West Side and Tacoma. only hood in downtown is Pioneer Square which is like our Skid Row or Tenderloin.

I went to Jason Lee middle school and walked home everyday. But there were a decent amount of shooting here n there
Bro if you're actually from Tacoma you know it doesn't get active like it used to in the 90s, back then hilltop was something but not no more most of those young dudes ranging from 18-30 half of them ain't never done shit, went out school with more then half of them bruh y'all grew up decent in loving homes quit playin.
