Well explained. However, not clear on the reason for % (20%, 30%, 30%, 40%, 50% and avoiding Thursday @11.52 of the video) assigned for each trading day, starting with Friday thru Wednesday. Take it as your observation and hence you developed this %assignment for each trading week-day. Here is my understanding and please confirm if i got your lessor right. I am taking an example of Bank Nifty (@3.45pm 28Apr21 is at 32735). 1) With analysis of Support and Resistance I foresee the Bank Nifty will go beyond 32900 tomorrow. so at 2pm tomorrow I take the premium of the Strike Level for the Contract 32900, which is @267. Tomorrow being Wednesday, i will calculate the entry level by multiplying premium with 1.4, that is, 374. When the contract premium of the Index reaches/crosses 374, will take the entry. 2) Other understanding is that, we will trade tomorrow and will take the CE and PE of the current level at 2pm tomorrow (Wednesday). Will multiply the Contract premium with 1.4 for both CE and PE contracts. In either of the ways, Bank Nifty moves, one of the contracts will be executed. which of my understandings 1) or 2) is in the right direction? Please clarify/correct. Thanks in advance.

I tried in live market after 2 pm, around 5 times... 4 times hitted target, only one time hitted stop loss that is also Thursday.
Only for call buying or as per market direction

use sl limit order , after price trigger ,first set sl for excuted order if you find its reaching your target modify price nearer to tgt price. we must mentally prepare for sl por target

It is purely for intraday and you can close the order which was not triggered.
