- Enjoy this smooth Indian flute piece, perfect for meditation, relaxation or sleep. This is the 7th track in the Quiet Moments series.
I got up very early in the morning to record this meditation. I took my bansuri and went into the forest to surround myself with nature. In this early morning meditation you can hear many birds, some dogs and some distant city sounds. All this was followed by the sound of the flute. And literally it is just that, my flute, nature and the present moment.
I encourage you to listen with headphones while you are doing an activity, meditating or doing yoga. This music will bring you to a calm mind, it will help you with the stress of everyday life, and also with some anxiety if you have any! I put my love into this peace and connected with the universe to bring down through me the notes that needed to be played at this exact moment. I hope you like it as much as I did.
Recorded in the practice spot I've been playing daily for over a month in Upper Bhagsu, Dharamsala (India).
