I suffer with anxiety and was having a anxiety attack turned this on and layed down. The way my anxiety started to crawl out of my heart was insane. i just had my first baby and live with my in-laws who make me feel like I’m not a good mother even though my baby is meeting all of her milestones. I sobbed while I listed to this and somehow I feel my heart feeling lighter.

Been suffering a lot mentally. Anxiety, depression, catastrophic thoughts, brain fog, extreme fear, etc. This video and music really helped calm my nerves and I feel so much negative energy being sucked out of my soul. Things are hard and scary and I feel distant from myself lately. Like an out of body experience, but you remind me that things are okay and will be okay. Thank you. I’m not alone.
