Glad to see you posting again... you appear to be in a good place emotionally and physically... it was nice to see you listen to your body too... it told you to rest and you did. That is not an easy thing to relearn... people tend to see resting as a negative... but with out rest we cannot recover and improve... kudos to you for listening to your body...
I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how much of an inspiration you have been to me to start recovery and to JUST EAT WHATEVER IN THE HECK I WANT/NEED. It has been so helpful watching your videos to realize i'm not the only one who is going/has gone through troubles with food. BUT DANG GIRL! Look at where you are now! You are bursting with life and energy from the inside out! I am so happy you're back to making videos but I am also very happy that you took time away for yourself! Oh and p.s. i'm having a huge snack bowl of my faves currently (popcorn, pretzels, animal crackers, nuts and chocolate-YUM!) and could not be happier :) Keep doing your thang, girlfriend! Lots of love, Charley
I've been watching your channel since July and have never commented, but thank you for this video. I've struggled with anorexia for over 25 years, and while I have had several periods of strong recovery, but I have had several bad relapses, all of which start with being sick with a bad cold, flu, strep, or pneumonia, resulting in loss of appetite leading to weight loss and then before I know it, I'm lost in my ED again. THANK YOU for showing how important it is to be proactive in recovery and how important it is to keep fueling yourself even when you're sick and not hungry and can't taste anything. It's absolutely crucial, and I'm so happy to see it being put into practice. You're so strong, and so inspirational.
Kate Roy I totally understand where you’re coming from, but I’m so glad that my videos I’ve helped you and encouraged you to keep eating even when we don’t feel like it. Keep going, you got this 💪🏼😘
I miss these videos. So happy to see one again. You are still such an inspiration and help motivate me so much in my recovery. You give me hope to finally be free, happy, and alive again. Life is beautiful and we should live it to the fullest everyday. :)
Lol, bless you. You always seem ill on your videos. Do you have a problem with your immune system? Good to see you back and see you demonstrate sensible behaviour when I'll such as listening to your body and resting, eating despite not feeling like it, ignoring recommended serving sizes and trying new foods such as the cereal. Love your upbeat attitude. Have a wonderful festive season sweetie xxx
OMG SO GOOD TO HAVE U BACK. MISSED YA!!! You look amazing and doing great!!! You r soo pretty!! Still love what u post and share on social media and of course the content u upload on here. Keep doing it!!! P.S Wish i cld be as thin as u being recovered. xx
I have a random question about your oatmeal. After you let it sit a while and thicken, do you reheat it or do you eat it at room temperature? Thank you!
Hey, thanks a lot for your videos they really help Actually I think I realized I was in a sort of advanced quasi recovery, which means I started gaining weight during that period. Well. I always felt guilty because I stopped losing weight when my mum told me she was going to send me to the hospital if I kept going. But because of that I always felt like I wasn't really sick, and like I wasn't truly underweight. But now that I am committing to my recovery, I start to get periods of extreme hunger and mental hunger, and I feel like I don't really deserve to eat what I want and what my spirit and body want because I am not that thin anymore Any help ?
Megan Nigro if you are in active recovery, you should be talking with a dietician or therapist to see what YOUR body needs and how much YOU should be eating ;)
@@Emi-ll5ms haha i didn't even notice the typo;) I use a lot of oats... not sure if you are asking so you can compare amounts or calories? cuz that does not matter :)
Emi ok well there is no official recipe with measurements- it changes frequently based on how much I need to eat or if I have it as a snack.... happens a lot lol. BUT typically 75 grams oats and just a spoonful of chia... and I never measure out the water I just pour till I think it looks good;)

Ana Stefani thank you, but that mindset is wrong, you have to be ok with WHATEVER you look like when you are recovered:)

@@Emi-ll5ms haha i didn't even notice the typo;) I use a lot of oats... not sure if you are asking so you can compare amounts or calories? cuz that does not matter :)
Haha neither. I’m asking because it looked SOOOO delicious and I want the recipe
Emi ok well there is no official recipe with measurements- it changes frequently based on how much I need to eat or if I have it as a snack.... happens a lot lol. BUT typically 75 grams oats and just a spoonful of chia... and I never measure out the water I just pour till I think it looks good;)
Stephanie Marie Frank you measure the grams of oats?
I feel like I'm not sick enough to recover and like if I do allow myself to eat I'll develop more severe BED and be super fat
Also I really love your videos thank you so much I hope you feel better!!!

jo study_and_fit love YOU!
