Hearing this I felt a strange connection. It was as if someone was telling my story. And that too I just have one kid! Some people can really inspire.

In fact I love listening and sharing these podcasts with my three daughters. One day I also share my story.

I felt like the interviewer, I used to wear almost the same shoes. My turning point was a burnout state. I had a depression due to overwork, lack of sleep, desnutrition. I had to change my life, choosing another profession (I was a public company employee with a high income) and moving to a less stressful City. I dont regret. I feel I have my time back, as I started to delegate to my husband part of the tasks I had assumed for years. It is a mindshift. Women tend to absorb and then get sick. You must learn to say NO and Enough is Enough. Now they are teenagers I work from home and we have 2 meals of the weekdays days together and we also do sports together. It is possible, but you need support and you need to LET a lot of things GO.
Don't count on companies compassion. There are some that simply dont care. You have always to have a B plan,
    and C plan...

Can we learn a bit more about whether kids are really “just fine” as we claim? I’m interested in if there is any scientific research to back that up and perhaps that would ease the mom’s guilt for good😢

It is certainly a contradicting phenomenon …. ALL society benefits from well cared for children who have more chances of growing up to be well rounded individuals, who contributes positively to society, thus adding to the workforce. And yet not all governments and employers who benefit from these well rounded adults, do not support the very employees in child(ren) rearing process. It is truly a society and humanity collective responsibility

Mainly people blame mother for children's misbehavior. People take dad's prank funny, mom's prank abusive.

I am an Advent follower of your program. I would love to hear a dialogue from a woman unmarried her entire life. In a situation where the daughter's fate seems the same, what would the mum advise?

If you have to "juggle" work and children, you should have forgone giving birth to a child you can't properly parent. It's just that simple, whether you like it or not.

      it is not that simple

@@sonyasever7625 Can't handle the truth? Just think of the life ahead of an unborn/unconceived child today, if you can see that far beyond your own selfish desires. And, that's a big "if".

Life is not a constant. Today you say you cant but tomorrow you say you can. Tomorrow can be too late. You just got to decide. I would not suggest a life devoted to work not either a life devoted to be a perfect housewife and mother. Balance is the key for everything.

Simply? lol. Are you 100% sure you aren’t going to die tomorrow? The day after tomorrow? 5 years from now? Nothing is simple. Being a parent is a choice, sure. But nothing is simple because uncertainty is just part of life. If you still don’t get it, then unfortunately, you are just too simple.
