I'm obsessed with these... I needed new fineliner and bought these only to discover their magical brush pen secret! I use them daily and only wish they came in even more colours!
My comment is really late, so you likely may know already, but just wanted to say that monami plus pens come in 48 colors now! I'm contemplating getting them lol
I had never heard of these pens but when I saw this video... i was like WOWW! These look really nice because I love hard tips and small tips because they are so nice. Thank you for reviewing these brush pens, I might think about purchasing these!
I ordered them because of this review and I just got them in the mail today. They do not disappoint! I'm in love. They are so tiny and cute and so cheap. They will be my new bullet journal pens when I need some tiny calligraphy. Thank you for sharing them!
Hello! I'm planning to buy them, since I've been trying to get in bullet journaling, and they seem like a nice pen to start out (and they were somewhat cheap) 😅 but I'm really wondering are these worth it ? How much time does it last ? (I really don't want it to run out of ink after a few months lol 🙃😅 Can I actually calligraphy with it or not ? Are the colors nice ? I'd really appreciate if you responded 🥰
@@lorierose4810 I think they are worth it for the price. Mine are still working even though I got them a year ago. Admittedly I don't use them very much but I like them for adding hand lettering to very small spaces that the other brush pens would be too big for. I've found that you have to go very slow with them or they splatter a tiny bit and I get frustrated. But if I go nice and slow then I'm very happy with the results. Hopefully that helps.
Yep, I got a set from Aliexpress...yes they are authentic originals...and I love to use them. Use them in my bullet journal. I havent tried them as a brush marker though, but guess what I'm going to do as soon as I get a chance today?!!! How delightful ❤
Thank you for sharing that!! That’s good to know they’re also on Aliexpress! I’m glad you like them too! Aren’t the colors just the best?? You’ll have to let me know what you think of using them as a brush pen! I know not everyone likes a firm tip!

I only recently joined your channel but 😍😍😍 your reviews and tips! Have already bought new pens because of your vids (waiting on my Karin Markers!) but think I would like these as an alternative to the Pentel Touch (which bleeds a lot more) and kind of replaces my coloured fineliners so could gift those to someone else in the planner community
I have been using brush pens since a long while and seem interesting. My concern is about the pressure used itni using them. Bc you have mentioned it quite a times. Ooh yes!! I think that’s the closest comparison! They’re tiny with a very firm nib!
Do these markers bleed through coloring pages
It depends on how thin your pages are. These pens don't bleed through regular paper but would probably bleed through thin paper!
Onde comprou?
Does anyone know how these compare to the Le Pen Flex in performance?
Le pen flex is larger than the monami plus pen. Monami is really tiny and really firm. Le pen flex has a great bounce. They’re not as firm. So maybe do you like tiny lettering or just small lettering?
What brushpens do you recommend for begginers?? 😭

Hey there! It is 'a little bit' late but I searched EVERYWHERE and I couldnt find my answer so I am asking, I found a sketchbook online that says its paper is smooth. I was going to buy it but this thought stopped me: " Copy paper also feels smooth but actually it is not, what if this will be like that?" I don't wanna ruin my brush pens bcs I cant get new ones. Someone pls help me!
