Can lemongrass be grown along the boundary as fence? Please share how to maintain lemongrass, especially when only the dried brown stems remain in the pot, should they be uprooted? or will leaves sprout again from them? Does it also need any fertilizer?

Lemongrass is grass family he loves sunlight.
Lemongrass needs 7-8hrs of proper sunlight
Lemongrass loves coffee so u can give it once in 2 weeks. (in ltd qty)
Lemongrass does not like dry soil. Soil shouldn't be extremely watery but wet enough
