Bhavika.. thats ok.. you tried and thats important. musk melon ke plant ke aas paas mulching kijiye.. water everyday near the root and try kijiye ki pot mein hai toh paani khada na rahe

Hi mam how to grow elaichi with plants or seeds ?
Elaichi can be grown from seed. unprocessed green elaichi.. can also be grown from nursery bought plant. the leaves themselves are very aromatic and can be used in stews and soups or tea.. Elaichi might not come in North India.

I appreciate your concern for the health of viewers. After watching videos on TH-cam, people chew the leaves of Sadabahar to cure/control blood sugar, hypertension, blood pressure. Studies only says that "such properties are there in these leaves". But such "properties" should be extracted, processed after eliminating other toxic substances, but many TH-camrs advise to directly chew the leaves. Jab bhi main Nursery jaata huin, 1-2 elderly people ko Insulin Plant kharidte dekha, poochne par unhone bola "Hangareji dawa nukshaan karte hai". Yadi main batata "Yah aapki kidney ko kharab kar degi" to kya wo meri baat maante?
