We suggest around 7psi, less in extremely hot weather to allow for heat expansion. The beams need to be quite firm though so they stay up.

Did you peg out the awning base all round before inflating? It looks like you attached the awning strip to the van then pulled the base out tight against the tunnel and pegged the corners, then inflated?

Hi Ian. Different members of staff do it differently but attaching and then pulling out gives you the best guide on distance from the van and makes the tunnel tighter. Other members of staff do inflate and then attach but you have to have a knack of getting the distance right.

Hi can you help there is a bag with two poles in mine and yours too What are these for you didn't use them in this video? and i cannot find what they are for Thank You

Are they the poles for the side door. It can be used as a canopy. You'll notice at either side of it there are two eyelets. The poles go into the ground, are guyed out, and then placed through the eyeles so the door can be used as a small canopy.

What is the purpose of the different nozzles on the air hose?

In case you need them for an airbed or anything else (you never know) whilst camping.

It's the entire way around (in a D shape). If we film again this year we'll do that.

Having read your website and watched a few videos the one question I cannot find an answer to relates to the bedroom area.
Is there a proper partition (i.e. zipped) between the two ? or just a "aspirational" partition (e.g. velcro) or indeed, no partition at all?
Have you perhaps considered a 2 and a 3 pair of bedrooms that can be fitted side by side. My kids like their own space between them !
    thanks

There is a zipped partition between the two - so you can have one large inner or two smaller ones.

Great news! zipped alll thw way around please ? or just top and bottom?. any chance of an additional short video focussing on the sleeping section illustrating this please ? Teens do like their "own space" and its easier to get "buy in" from a youtube vid than drag family halfway across the country to view one! Many thanks.
