i found this method in comment section of youtube and it stopped system to use data but update your pc when you will have WIFI.
1) search services in search bar
2)Double click on "Background intelligent Transfer Services Properties "
3)in startup type choose "Disabled "
4)click on stop then apply then ok
This method helped me and

For 5 to 6 months i used my mobile data on my pc and my data didn't get over that quickly. All these settings were on and going on well like they do
For example I watched youtube for an hour and only 300 to 400 mb used to get over
But out of nowhere suddenly when I watched 1 hour of youtube yesterday,all of my data got over.
I don't know what is the cause but it's frustrating :/
