What you are referring to is an abandoned cart and unfortunately there are many possible reasons why potential customers don't commit to their purchase. You have to take a look at the demographic of your target audience to see if you are aligned with their means .

I recommend having a pre-launch phase of 30 days. I would recommend networking events vs a pop up shop if you haven't launched yet.
