Metal on metal will wear down the bowl.......we used 6-8mm rubber to prevent this. You only have to replace the rubber from time to time and not the bowl.....or weld new parts in.....rubber will make it less noisy as well and you can slow down the vibromags ;-)

What about mixed lenght? how it can be adapted to avoid/sort for longer screws?
in the control board i see 3 knobs, can you explain how can we use them?

Each control brings the amps up and down on each vibratory unit. One for the hopper, bowl, and inline drive,
