Hi @bariumCobaltNitrog3n - Thanks for watching our video! There are a few possibilities after the screws leave the inline feeder: they can be discharged, counted, and weighed before packaging, or they can be passed to another piece of equipment for the next phase of automation, such as a screw gun. And yep, the discharge of the screws is Vertical. The inline feeder that is carrying the screws is a referred to a Horizontal/Linear/or Inline Vibratory Feeder. More details on the Inline Feeder are available on our website. www.hoosierfeedercompany.com/Vibratory-Inline
@@HoosierFeederCompany You have to love a machine that does something really well. I didn't think of the screw gun clips/magazines. Learn something new every day!
Hi @tomasrosalesr - Good question. We provide the vibratory feeder bowl and supporting equipment (Hopper, Inline Track, etc.). Once this system is installed in the customer's facility it will be integrated into other equipment that will take the screws from the discharge to the next phase of automation. Thank you!
@@HoosierFeederCompany Thank you for taking the time to write an answer. I know it was a stupid question but the ending of the video was kind of disappointing for a regular Joe like me. Have a nice day!
Is this the step before counting and packaging? Also this is a VERTICAL discharge.

All that effort to just let them fall at the end?

@@tomasrosalesr Absolutely. And yes, we agree, seeing the full system in action is much more exciting.
