- Kangkong with oyster sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup water
1/4 pork meat
2 bayleaves
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 black pepper
--------------------------
2 bunch kangkong
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
30g oyster sauce
2 chilli pepper(optional)
3 tbsp water
