I’ll definitely be adding this to my knitting queue. I’ve never made a cardigan before as the button band has always scared me, but I love your tutorials and have made several of your patterns already, plus im currently working on the Love Letter Top at the moment, so I know I’ll be in safe hands. I have some Drops Karisma and Drops Mohair in my stash, so I’ll have to swatch it and see if I can get gauge. It’s such a beautiful cardigan ❤

I don’t know why my front ended up a bit shorter than the back side 🤔 I’m going to do another one with a mohair yarn this time and try to fix what went wrong! Love this buttonband technique! Don’t love having to pick up stitches around the whole cardigan, but the end result will be worth it. 😊
It’s absolutely gorgeous result. I have never seen such a technique. But pay attention that you pick up the same amount of stitches for both sides. I had to rip out mine and do it again 😂 but its so worth it ❤

Whoa - your Italian cast on for the button band just blew my mind! I have only ever seen it done so that the knit stitch must be knit through the back loop on the first row. Do you have a tutorial for this kind of Italian cast on? Can this be applied in the round as well?

Hello from Minnesota (but I have family roots in Finland!). I love this sweater but have never knit something holding more than one strand of yarn at a time. Do you have any tips for how you manage the different yarns at one time to keep them straight and not get tangled?
