I remember watching run #143. It was just hillarious seeing Couri getting like 5 treasure bastions and then a 7th ring nether fortress. On Couris Vod channel i recalculated the blind of this run which meant that out of one triangulation i got 36 blind coords with Rotated. Definitely the only run in the 1k series with a 7th ring blind.
This video does a really good job at showing just how much faster a seed can be run with a bit of foresight. Imagine doing this same 1000 seed challenge (or even your hardcore challenge) but routing the seeds beforehand. You would have an insane average time, haha I found it really interesting how close in time your best and worst seeds actually were in this video, and it demonstrates just how many factors play into a seed being good or bad. Also, I really loved the intro of this video! The editing was really nice, and I always appreciate the use of some good shaders :] All in all, an extremely excellent video!
The new editing style is amazing! I also wanted to ask if you could speedrun a set seed run with the Terralith mod installed. It is a world generation mod which generates insane terrain WITHOUT adding any new blocks.

I mean the portals are also based on exactly where you stand, like in true SSG runs with the best seeds they always make sure to stand in the exact spot to get into the portal room 100% of the time otherwise you get sent elsewhere
How do you do the thing where the beds auto appear in your hand during the one cycle? I used to watch speedrunning but stopped for like 6 months and have no idea what it is.
I think that it would be cool if you made 3-4 videos on the 100 hardcore runs, 1 or 2 on the acual runs, if you do 1 it can be like the 1000 runs "finale" and if you do 2 it can be like the normal 1000 runs. One of the other videos could be about the failed runs and the 4th video could be like this one.
When you eat while you go trough a portal its possible that you spawn on a different place then you normaly would. That explanes why you spawned in a different place in the stronghold in the firts run.
