Today I show You how to make a diy metal bench vise. This homemade metal vise is a quick lock and release vise which means holding and releasing the workpiece can be done very quickly just in 1 second. This can be achieved by pushing down and pulling up a lever which is attached in this diy metal vise. Pushing the lever down holds the workpiece strongly in this diy vise and pulling up releases the workpiece from the vise. This homemade vise is very simple and easy to make at home. This diy vise can be used as a bench vise and also as drill press vise. This diy homemade metal vise is very strong and powerful. This diy vise producers a very high clamping forces without any slipping of workpiece from the bench vise. In the old bench vise physical effort is required to rotate the handle but in this diy vise not that much physical effort is required just 1 second pushing or pulling the lever that's it. This diy homemade metal bench vise really works good and I really like this diy vise build. I hope you guys will enjoy this making of metal bench vise.

Bueno me gusta esta morsa tipo clamp que le dicen quick action es media complicada comparada con otras también morsas chica con sistema clamp pero conviene hacerla porque parece que queda bien apretada bien fuerte lo que pasa que no no es tan sencilla como otros otras morsas con sistema clamp....es un poco largo el vídeo y hay cosas que no las comprendo muy bien pero parece un sistema de sujeción bien bien fuerte

Bhai... Please use angle grinder with guard. I recently made a mistake and my cutting disc cracked. Thankfully I was using the grinder guard and it saved me.

Perhaps drill and tap a hole in the seamless pipe you’re using as a bushing so you could put a grease nipple in there for giving the vice longer lifespan
