Lamar Jackson is the fastest and best running back and also the best quarterback in the league.....Henry had 1500 yards running with 303 attempts Lamar had about 100 attempts and had 1206 yards! Henry runs a 4.52 40 yard dash Lamar runs about a 4.1 or 4.2 in the 40 yard dash, but was never timed! Ravens will catch Henry, but I do not believe the Titans will stop Lamar at the bank!

Here we are in real time with Derrick Henry as one of only a handful of backs to ever rush for over 2000 yards in one season. Who doesn't love this guy?
Now that's an athlete! People these days throwing around that term without any thought but this is what a real athlete should look and play like! Impressive, really impressive!
Derrick Henry could be a big threat in the NFL, a good RB who can give you explosiveness makes a difference in tempo and effectiveness of your offense.
I'm surprised nobody mentions Eddie George for a comparison. Both tall, strong runners. George was a 1-step and go type of guy... Am I the only one that sees this?
Nick Saban sees the negative headlines about his ex running backs' performance in the NFL. So he went out there and got a back that is a hybrid. Henry is not a typical Alabama running back he fits Kiffins pro style offense. Henry is nfl ready trust me. Saban along with Kiffin gift wrapped this one so they can send a message to future Recruits about the success of Alabama running backs in the NFL
+Ray Hall Nick has been listening to Kiffin on his back selections each year with improvements. I like Scar but the injuries sucks. Derrick would be one if those altheleres who spend less time with the team doctor and equipment guy.
People asking why he’s running with a chain. That’s just so defensive players can determine if they want to stay on the track or not when the D Train comes through lol.
I live in Nash..Nash loves Eddie George..always will. But King Henry's stiff arms are putting pics up everywhere. He already hit elite status in our book!!Real Talk. He is an all around complete machine. Built for his position. And he trains like no other. One kind back.

He could get drafted by any team but he won't be a beast on just any team. He needs an offensive coordinator who isn't afraid to give him the rock 15-20 times a game. He would have to be in scheme that's run first, pass second. Sort of like the Vikings but they have AP so they most likely wont get him. But hey, you never know.. Anything can happen

Good afternoon, let met "slide" this proverbial thought by you (in regards to Zeke and the Dallas Cowboys). Being an executive in any industry is risky and since the different levels of risk and reward can determine success, an executive has to be able to take (at least) a calculated risk sometimes. As such, if I was a Dallas Cowboys executive (that makes personnel discussions, which could ultimately determine the success and failure of an organization) I would have taken a calculated risk not to draft a running-back but try to go after one of the two top quarterbacks in the NFL Draft. Why? I'm not too concerned for someone's age because of the talent and experience aspect can really generate success and in athletic-sports, I sometimes "think" the age-factor is overrated due to the established models of an athlete's "prime". So, my decision to do this is not based on Tony Romo's age or Tony Romo's tenure with the Cowboys but Tony Romo somehow, someway, always gets injured (lately). I could elaborate more but I only have so many text-characters. Nevertheless, the Cowboys (most likely) aren't going to (really) get another chance at a top four draft pick by field-of-play and losing football games due to some really good football players already on the roster and the Cowboys' culture for winning. As such, I "feel" ANY running-back could be successful behind that great OFFENSIVE-LINE and the running-back position (tends) to be a "dime-a-dozen" football position with some really great talent around the NFL rosters on the practice-squads and on the third- and second- strings and even in the late rounds to 7th to 8th rounds of the NFL Draft but NOT the same for a really good quarterback. Too many times (year in, year out) I see athletic organizations take the conventional "road" to being successful in which only a couple of athletic organizations have (ACTUALLY) been successful at using. I "feel" the Cowboys had a GOLDEN opportunity to do something unusually great. I would love to elaborate in more detail about this but I'll be here all day writing a sports-article. But don't take my proverbial word for "it", great sports executive in the making right here (LOL). Signing-out.
Yes, I do. But I also realize that another football team took a calculated risk and traded-up to get one of the two top quarterbacks, which is the basis for my post, in which the Cowboys could have done the same thing before the other football team did. Because trading a lot of draft picks with an already talented football roster (meaning the Dallas Cowboys), would have been worthwhile.
