Excellent home exterior, land and view! Yes, the interior needs work but what an opportunity for someone lucky enough to have the money to restore this amazing home!
This is one of the nicest houses, very clean with good color coordination. If the entry way, the kitchen and all rooms on the 1st floor would have the same floor, made out of the wood boards same stain as staircase, the house would be 100% perfect.
Thing that taking off all of the flooring in the entire house (except master bathroom) and installing waxed distressed plank board floor, in the stain coordinating with the staircase and the door moldings, will fix the problem. Kitchen cabinets are nice and the master bathroom is very well done. Edit, think that asking price of 385 is quite fair. If you will add 35 /50 for the new flooring it is still good price for very nice house.
Agree with you, not only "ordinaire" but without harmony! Well interior decoration is just a small detail. The house itself is fabulous, seems in very good condition, full of possibilities I would make it very classy cosy. Contemporary furniture is not adapted to such a house."

Sadly much of the detail already got wiped out by the renovation. The house will forever be a pale shadow of its original grandeur.

The house will be sold empty anyway. It's up to the new owner to furnish and decorate the house as they like.

Sadly, the fireplaces don’t work. Big no on that one.
