Almost everyone, including the media, is anticipating a market catastrophe, and as a result, many are turning a blind eye to the opportunities in the market. I recently began !nvesting in equities and it was the best choice I've ever made. If you genuinely want to be financially secure, disregard everything the media is suggesting. The market offers a lot of opportunities . Maximize your use of it
@jamessarah2702 You can make a lot of money from the market regardless of what occurs, whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned, and that's what matters most.
@jamessarah2702 All you need is a good capital and the service of a professional broker, with those you're guaranteed of making profit.
@jamessarah2702 I would suggest Doris Janette Maule, my current broker. Her services are excellent and her returns are great. I looked up her up after seeing her on a CNBC market interview, she has been a blessing to me.

I recently started trading in February, invested 70k in the market my portfolio is currently worth slightly over 400k. That's alot more than I make in a year from my job
People I follow like Codie, Robert Kiyosaki, MJ Demarco, Alux, Terry Dean and Elon Musk is what opened my eyes to inspire me to start a business of helping others.
I never really knew what I wanted to do in life. I knew it was some thing entrepreneurial but, thinking of a new business to start was so difficult! I always felt like there wasn't any room in whatever industry I was thinking of starting in. Thank you for helping me realize that what I want to do is buy someone else's piece of all of those industries!

I am transitioning from a well-paying career in portfolio management, software development, and information architecture into entrepreneurship. By way of buying a forest for what I thought was asset diversification. I've been talking and strategizing a lot of how to buy the activities we do, then "buy down the supply lines", and this talk really spoke to me. Looking forward to all your content and expertise!

@@BassicNerd those are very long term investments. my grandfather sat on one for 25 years before getting return.
I agree with you on how important the trades will be in the next few decades but as you stated, if kids are not going to school to learn a trade, who is going to work these plumbing, electrical or HVAC business. This is why I am pushing my son to get his journeymen electrician because these senior, knowledgeable trade people are retiring in mass and I believe, if he sticks with it, he will be very successful.

To make a long story short you either have leverage or you are somebody else's Leverage. If you working hard and not getting ahead you are somebody else's Leverage. So stop selling your time, and start buying other people's time. And the only way to do this is to start a business

I have worked with Electricans and contractors for the past 5 years, and there is one thing i dont understand. How do you learn to run it? Don't you need to learn how to estimate projects and manage crews? Not to mention you need a master's license on record (a lot of the time, but not always, thats the owner).

out your goals and risk tolerance - either on your own or with the help of a Financial Advisor. If you can get the facts about savings and investing with a well detailed plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your income.
I think the pandemic have really taught
people the importance of multiple streams
of income, unfortunately having a job
doesn't mean security.
Successful people don't become wealthy
overnight. What most people see as a
lance wealth, a great career and luxury is a
result of smart work.
It's not how much money you save in the
bank, but how much money you earn and
how hard it works for you. Money devalue
over time, investment is the best option as it
grows over time

I wish I knew about " quick claim deeds". This is what a divorce judge uses to transfer your house to your ex wife. It's very effective. If you refuse to sign, the judge signs your name. If you want to get ahead, marry a person that has more than you, never marry a stay at home mom. Your house is gone in 7 years.

I have an idea for you- along the lines of democratizing buying businesses...
There would be a way to divide up ownership of these businesses and allow a whole new market on top of these ownable shares.

My plan is hold what I've got no matter what... and double down on buying no matter how bad it looks. Ten years from now either life as we know it will be over, or I will be a millionaire.

Overall valuable information..... One thing to consider: at 14:57 Mark 6-12 month things crashing well it's been 6 months, so well will see if the later 6 months she mentions is comes down. She is well spoken but NO ONE knows what will happen let's be honest. Millennials are lost and not sure what to do that I agree.

And guess what I am a seamstress so I go to buy zippers and feet for my sewing machines and I just spoke with the owner they struggling a lot of sales are 20 % lower than last year's my heart would love to help we going to lose what's left of our textile industry 😓
