- Dilip Prabhavalkar is an Indian Marathi and Hindi film, television and theatre actor. Although he established himself as a prominent Marathi stage and movie actor, he became particularly known on the national scene for his portrayal of Mahatma Gandhi in the 2006 film, Lage Raho Munna Bhai. Apart from acting, Prabhavalkar is author of many plays and children's story books.

great man with simplicity
he is my Fav Actor!!!!! Absolutely love him. More importantly he is a very comic person. Thats a golden streak. Would like to tell here that he is the sole reason i watch the marathi series Chuk Bhul Dyavi Ghyavi. He is too good in it.
Fortunate to see Mr Dilip Prabhavalkar, twice, on stage performing Haswaphaswi..once with Mr Liladhar Kambli n once with Mr Hemu Adhikari....experience of a lifetime !!!!!

श्री. दिलीप प्रभावळकराना शेवट ची जी विनंती केलीस व पुढे पैसे घ्या असे म्हटलंस तसाच तू करत राहिलास तेर तुझ्या channel ची image खराब होईल. मराठीत त आणि हिंदी मधलं जे अंतर आहे.... तिथे जास्त फालतू गिरी करतात तसच तुला करून वाटत असेल कि तुझा हा channel लोकप्रिय होईल तर ही चुकीची गोष्ट आहे. तुझ्या सारखे बरेच channel future मध्ये येतील. मी ही मुलाखत पहिली कारण श्री. दिलीप प्रभावळकर होते म्हणून.
