Video looks phantastic and super smooth. May I ask, how do you get so smooth footage from the Osmo Pocket 3, do you use a Gimbal?

Thank you! I don't use an extra gimbal but try smooth hand movements. Basically the Pocket 3 is strapped on a small powerbank for weight and USB power. I was using an minimal setup this time on my Bavaria Christmas trip with two Pocket 1 looking left/right and the Pocket 3 to the front. The mic is under the powerbank and also in my left hand. The wind muff became visible sometimes in the lower screen and the other Pocket 1s also in a few places - so I wasn't too happy when I saw the footage.
Last year on christmas markets people mistook my larger 5 cam rig for a drone. The smaller rig is more discrete yet needs some improvements. I may post the multicam versions of some walks soon on @vwalkorg. Right now I'm trying to create a workflow for subtitles which are too time consuming still.
Let me know if you have other questions. HDR is finally managable thanks to the M4 Mac mini I got recently.

@poptravelorg Thanks for your reply. There are a few things that got me surprised:
      A. As I understand you this video combines shots of Pocket 1 and Pocket 3. However, the Pocket 1 doesn't have HDR capatibilties. How did you get it to be HDR processed?
      B. I haven't used the Pocket 3 yet, but to my eyes it looks like you use the wide angle adapter, but regardless of wether you used it or not, the footage looks to me like it doesn't autofocus, classical ultra wide angle look. Is there a way to avoid the Pocket 3 to autofocus while recording?
Let me say about the video: it looks great but because its all very wide it lacks the feeling of intimacy with the surrounding or specific objects / subjects. To be honest, if i hadn't read its Pocket 3, I would have thought it's 13mm (example: iPhone)

      Good questions:
A: This Munich video does not combine different cams, yet. In May I started experimenting with editing multicam videos www.youtube.com/@vwalkorg - currently just 2 videos there. It was rather painful on my laptop even with proxies.
For years I recorded most of my walks with several cams yet did not use those extra perspectives, yet. Reason was that I got extra Pocket 1 for €140 and wanted to use them as backup. My multicam walks were just recordings with Osmo Pocket 1 and 2 so both 8 bit and easy to mix. The HDR to SDR conversion with the Pocket 3 is indeed a problem yet to solve. Currently I use a LUT by Wesley Knapp which is decent and better than the default tone mapping done by TH-cam ( www.wesleyknapp.com/blog/hdr ) for the SDR version. I believe I can do a color space transform and tone mapping in DaVinci Resolve from the HLG Rec.2020 footage to Rec.709 while using this LUT but e'll see. In order to use all my cams I previously recorded the front with Pocket 1, Pocket 2 and Pocket 3 simultaneously on several walks...then Pocket 1's for left/right/back -- upto 6 cams at once... :-)
B: I do not use the wide angle adapter on the Pocket 3. The Pocket 3 FOV is indeed also wide enough for my taste. I have the Pocket 1/2 wide angle adapter and used it on the Pocket 2 often. The Pocket 2 is useless due to low image quality so fisheye is at least something different. Some people did not like the slight fisheye and it has to be corrected in post. I'm pretty happy with the Pocket 3 (and Pocket 1).
The P3 autofocus used to work when moving around. Since the last firmware update I had to touch the focus point a few times as it didn't pick up necessary auto focusing. On the Pocket 1 and 2 I only used single focus. The Pocket 3 autofocus is fast and good and should be used due to DOF. What I'm missing with the Pocket 3 is some shutter priority mode to avoid light flickers. It's not perfect yet but comes pretty close...
The channel slowly transforms into HDR, while vwalk will be SDR. HDR is more effort but the M4 Mac mini proved to be enough at last. I have around 70 videos left to post where a good half is Pocket 3 HLG

There are more than 10 other Munich walks on the channel so far: th-cam.com/users/results?search_query=poptravel+munich
Maybe something there for your taste. Also close to 200 videos in the Germany playlist and 750+ walking videos on the channel so far - more coming soon
I'm always interesting in suggestions for improving the videos and channel
