This is very interesting. I just re-introduced salt to my diet after almost 3 years of no added salt to my raw food diet. After a round of antibiotics last year, it did a number on my digestive system and for months everything I ate ran right through me. It now feels like I might have a sodium deficiency because I feel off. I will get blood work done soon, but in the meantime, I've added Celtic sea salt and am feeling better. Did you notice an increase in weight when you added ocean salt water?

@@quietstormaps I had so many problems with Celtic salt and Himalayan salt. I ballooned up each time I added these back. Since adding sea water back I am more satiated and balanced and feel so much better!!! I have lost weight with the ocean water!!!

One thing I’m concerned about is the pollution in ocean water, especially after the Japanese government released nuclear waste into the ocean. Maybe the water currents don’t reach out to Australia."

The thing is everyone is stopping using Celtic salt and Himalayan as their are heavy metals in them. I have got to the point where I do what feels best. Most salt does come from the ocean so whether it is fresh or dried it will have what is in the ocean.
I do get your concern so do what feels best for you!!! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
