USAF - 28 yrs service- Vietnam Vet, 80% disability - question on pact act - can I submit claim for intestinal surgery & secondary to occupational exposure presumptive conditions is it durable to submit with dbq & imo
US navy have a presumption hearing issue weren’t grant because of my MOS I’ve worked in food service but was a sailor first I worked in gun mounts on two destroys and worked on a carrier also. My hearing is bad and it sounds like a power line running thru my head. I did the test with VES she told me I was boardline hearing AIDS she ask if I had timing in my ears I don’t I have a sound like the power line sound what should I do.
i have 50% for sleep apnea. i was denied SC asthma. they claimed i had it when i was a kid. but i never have an asthma attack after 17 and through my service i had no asthma attacks. 2005 i came back from iraq i started getting asthma attack's again. can i fight back and say : even tho i had it when i was a kid, the iraq deployment oif3 was an aggravation to my dormant asthma condition? is it even worth fighting because sleep apnea and asthma is a pyramiding situation and i only get one of the highest rating between the two?

I don't think that's entirely true. MDD is 30% for most Veterans I see, and I see a lot. I do see plenty of 70%. 30% is almost like a baseline. You can get more, but everyone's condition is different (reoccurring/chronic, for example) Also, you can have 2 mental health conditions rated. Remember insomnia is considered a Mental Health condition. sometimes it's combined to give the Veteran a higher rating. This is what I see, coming from the VA MSC world. Great video

We would need to review your records to be able to comment on your specific situation.
Just a question regarding IBS. To get 30% do I need to get an endoscopy?
Here’s a resource all about getting a 30% IBS rating >>> vaclaimsinsider.com/top-3-ibs-va-rating-tips/#3-how-to-get-a-30-va-disability-rating-for-ibs

Requires occasional use of inhaled anti-inflammatory medicine 30% that would be my asthma rating
