Traditionally made Hina dolls can be expensive, depending on your perspective. Doing a quick check on Amazon, a set (the male and female dolls and the ornamental set) can start at 30,000 yen. Hina dolls are decorated for Hinamatsuri (March 3rd) for girls until they reach the age of 10.
Full sets, which are pretty rare these days - five tiers of dolls, representing a Heian-era imperial wedding party: the emperor and empress, three ladies of the court, five musicians, and then varing numbers of lesser attendants and associated ornaments - can run to 150,000-250,000¥. It's apparently most common nowadays to just get the two main dolls, or them plus the court ladies, if you're buying new handcrafted dolls. (Obviously, they can be or become precious heirlooms.)
