I couldn't express how similar I feel about the cycle of just sitting and worrying, it sucks you in and it is so hard to recover from an anxiety that you have no idea where it stems from. But totally hoping exposure therapy continues to work, for you and me both

Everyone has different things that go wrong in our lives but dealing with depression and anxiety has been very hard for me, some days I fall in bed and don’t get out. I’m glad I found you because you mention things people touch on but don’t get into deeper, bright blessings on you sweetheart.
girly question for you but where do you get your bras that you wear under dresses and other wide/scoop neck/thinner pieces? I have trouble finding those and I love your fits!

Hi! I have an anxiety disorder, emetaphobia, and developed an eating disorder (ARFID) because of both and I relate to every single thing you have mentioned about your mental health. I just wanted to comment and say that there is specialized exposure therapy for people with anxiety around being sick and it works! I have been in exposure therapy for two years now and it has completely changed my life. It took me a while to find a doctor for this but they do exist and I try to encourage everyone I know who might feel the same as me that this is always a possible treatment option! So happy you're pushing yourself to do uncomfortable things it will get better!!!
I prayed to saint expedite yesterday about my boyfriend to pass his life's most important exam and today he got passed.i am soo greatful to saint expedite and universe! Thanku saint expedite and universe!!!
