Eden's Blessing I think you need to start a run right after you win the other one, because once you close the game It didn't register that you take that item
It's got to be because of mods. There was a few times when it gave me items when I quit the game and joined. But after downloading a bunch of mods it stopped giving me it.. Either that or I have no clue.
