Rob, this is amazing! Unfortunately the interviewer is always looking for an architect, who can develop, build, implement, provide solutions. Basically one man who can do everything when required. However, I must say that this is a great content that you have provided. Hopefully it opens the eyes of interviewers.
Thanks Rahul. Yeah, its very common for customers to want to collapse all positions into one. I don't find that as off-putting as I used to. But if you're going to merge the roles, you have to make sure the candidate is still suited for the architect bit.
