I always use 10% t492 and 10%-20% 494. Depends on the viscosity of toners. Black I reduce 20% total. 492 is a great help in making sure the base will stick good and have rock chip protection. Has a nice resin in it that makes it easier to sand in my opinion after flash

Envirobase covers way better than Cromax Pro. I would take PPGs envirobase over Cromax water any day. Just look at all the videos on TH-cam of all the painters having trouble with Cromax Pro. I loved Cromax solvent, but Axalta is honestly about 10 years behind PPG when it comes to water based paints.

Thin wet coats and use amplifiers between coats. Much faster than Cromax Pro
I have sprayed PPG water for a year and it sucks Cromax water is way better looks better sprays better
