Lovely! Thank you for the inspiration. I live far away from my family, and cards are a way that I can share artwork (started watercolor at age 67, 4 years ago... they are sll astonished) and also gives me a purpose for my art. I rarely do larger pieces. I have never sold any art. I, too, love paper, and yours looks yummy! I use Holbein paint primarily and thank you for the heads up on Davy's Gray and Sepia. Beautiful. I am so glad I found you on TH-cam ❤
Wonderful thing about art is - it is good for any age. Like I say in this video, cards are art form in themselves and rest of your note says we share a lot of common things. Glad that you are here :)
i Love paper too. All of the artists that I follow, show their palette and mixing process. Do you mind doing that? Just simplifies things for beginners . Do List out the colours used as well. Or list alternatives. Did you mmix white or gauche in the grey? It looks more grey green than grey. Thank you
Yes - I will try to incorporate some footage of the palette in future videos. I am working on making the paper available on my website. Colors are listed at the end of the video. No I did not mix any gouache - this is Holbein's Davy's Gary.

Thank you for your kind words!
Lovely!
Love your painting. And I love the paper too ! I too am a paper lover. Any kind of paper attracts me. I love making lots of art too.
Thanks and looks like we share some similarities! Glad that you are here :)
Simply beautiful!
Appreciate your comment!
I love this it is just gorgeous. You mentioned in the video that you were using paper from India. Is it khadi paper? Thanks 😊❤
Thank you! This is Indian watercolor paper (locally made there). I am working to make it available on my website.
