But before he put it back the new lcd, he tested it first, and when he touch it, the lcd is unresponsive, what do you think is the problem? he just put the lcd to the flex of the unit, and i think my phone is not the problem also :(

Ashok bro don't worry, this man is using the "D" grade quality lcd display,thats why he didn't switch on the device after changing the lcd display, because the "D" grade quality display is looking like blur. it's just cost around rs.800 to rs.850. the quality of this lcd is "D" class, "A" class quality is around rs.2000 to rs.2200.
Because I had my sister's phone fixed at a shop and told us we that if buy the expensive screen the fps might work with it but if buy the cheaper one, the fps won't work.

if your phone is any lequid damage or water damage then you must change charging connector sub board . Other than LCD issue
