At the now-demolished old building, it was composed of Studios A and B. Tapos yung mga studios sa Main Bldg (GMA Network Center) was known respectively as Studios 1, 2 (for News and Public Affairs), and 3 (for entertainment, now 24 Oras/Saksi studio). Noong nagkaroon na ng Annex Bldg (GMA Network Studios), nag-iba na yung number coding based na sizes ng set from smallest to largest. Studios A & B became Studios 1 & 4 (idk if A became 1 and B became 4, or vise versa). Studio 1,2, & 3, became Studios 2, 3, & 5 repsectively. While the Annex Bldg is composed of Studio 6 (a.k.a. German Moreno Studio) and Studio 7.
@@DRealCrckr IMHO, hindi na sana nila dinemolish yung lumang building for historical value. That became the site of one of the coup attempts against Pres. Cory Aquino as well as a nod to the history of GMA na rin. Pwede rin naman nila sila siguro iretrofit sana since aside from the 2 studios ay nandoon din yung Radio GMA which has since moved sa 3/F Annex Bldg. Kaso that's the original plan talaga eh noong under construction pa ang GMA Network Center. The building's exterior was also left dilapidated tas tinatakpan lang ng mga billboard.
For sure, this is not to become biased with its host Tito Sen who was one of the pro-Erap senators who voted to not open the 2nd envelope which led to EDSA Dos.

Studios 1 and 4 were at the Old GMA Building, na for all we know ay na-demolish na.
