This was my second visit to the Slaughter Pen trails in Bentonville, AR, but it had been 11 months since the first visit! They've made some changes since then, adding new trails, and improving existing trails. On this ride I primarily hit the trails that I missed on my first trip, as well as the new trails. I still missed a lot of good stuff, too!
Trails ridden include All American, Choo Choo, Ozone, Apple Turnover, Armadillo's Last Stand, The Downhill & Schroen Train (my favorite).
Bentonville and all of Northwest Arkansas is just an awesome place! If you haven't been, I highly recommend it! I want to move there!

Heck ya! I gotta take it to the shop tomorrow, though. Rear wheel has quite a bit of wobble to it. Bearings in the hub may be bad! (I probably wash it too much and washed all the grease out)
I hope to have the skills to go there next spring. Right now only had my first bike a couple months and trying to jump over any roller i can.

I work so many hours a week and then I have to spend so many hours with the wife I don’t have much time for anything like that but you’re doing a good job keep them coming
Appreciate that man, and I hear ya. I tried doing 2 videos a week for a while, but it was a rush to get them done, and the quality suffered, so I'm sticking with 1 per week. Even having time for that is tough sometimes!
One video a week is fine. Enjoy life and whatever free time is afforded.

I'll be there Aug 4-6, 2018. Any suggestions on the best trails to ride for about 2.5 days of riding? Places to hang out in evening?
Everything is good! But I'd highly recommend Fitzgerald Mountain in nearby Springdale. As far as places to hang out in the evening, I don't know. When I've been there I've either been at my campsite or back at the hotel room to rest up for the next day!

There are a few of those trails that I have never tried in the two trips. I can't wait to get back. I need to pick a date. I'm leaning towards Oct 6th. The last time we rode All American it was full of leaves, guys were going down right and left. I think there shouldnt be too many leaves.
Yep, when I rode it last year the berms were full of gravel. I was afraid to carry any speed for fear of washing out. They cleaned them up and built them up some, too. They are PERFECT now! I don't think there will be any leaves down yet on Oct 6th. I'm gonna go up there again Labor Day weekend!
Great vids man. What bracket do you use to attach your EVO SS to your Stuntman? I get a lot of squeal in my videos and I was wondering how you set yours up to not have that squeal.
Crushbox On The Rocks I just use the attachments it came with. That's weird that it's squealing!

Ohhh, yeah, maybe if you're using the GoPro Chesty, it might be coming from that. The Stuntman is so worth it! More comfortable and more stable. I'm jealous, I want to go to Leatherwood next! Those new DH trails look sick!

Never ridden one, but I'd imagine they could do it. Just maybe not the rocky trails.
I don't think I have the skill to hit all those jumps and drops but I would try anyway haha
Haha nice! No problems with the jumps since they're table tops, so if you case it, it's no big deal. I think I have the skill to take the drops (it's really the same technique whether it's 1 foot or 5 feet), it's just a mental thing! And just coming back from a broken wrist I'm not trying to get hurt again! I'd rather skip it and continue to be able to ride!
