The squeaky sound means that the bearings need oiling, probs because you left it outside. Apart from that , the motor sounds sweet. Lesson of the day, don't store vacuums outside, or you'll destroy them . Why did you store it outside?

I've noticed some Henry's have the dustbag holder which is straight and has a circle fitting and the newer ones have one that's a bit tilted. Are they interchangeable?
Switch should be alr mate on the James my mums Henry before I fit a new motor had its switch and got wet stayed outside for 2 to 3 years and the switch works like new
Have you heard on the Dyson university in malmesbury? That is a dream for me to go there!!! Also one more question does the UK have a Bissell PowerForce bagged like the 3522 series but UK version? If so can you feature one on the channel???

Awful machines bulky old fashioned and useless . And they are rubbish on carpets as the brush bar is terrible it dont pick up good on carpets. Ok for wooden floor or laminate but Henry is awful on carpets. And no use atall if u have Pets. Avoid

You can probably change the outside pink colour to red by using a blow torch, possibly even with a hairdryer.
That George machine you could either replace motor or give the motor a good clean to see if that improves it first.

Do the autosave Henrys have a modified PCB board that won't make it cut out like they do?
It's not abt modified pcbs they wouldve been better if they had a cover over the pcb preventing it getting shorted by carbon dust

Nope, the pores of the bag will clog and overheat the motor

The glue repair was good because I broke it so I use it bagless

The james vacuum didn’t seem that old, how did it die, like did the motor just stop or did it make a bad sound?

If you use them bagless then dust will get into the motor hence break it. Pitty really as you've got a good collection there.
