I didn't see this episode until now, but I saw the aftermath of it. The banker did not like your dad, because of that penny!! It truly was good luck and what a great game!! Hope your dad is enjoying the money!!

to be honest if it was me that came to the end like this with either 20k or 250k and an offer at 100k, I wouldnt take the deal cos I still have 20k at the worst case so yh it is worth doing this gamble and the most important thing is you should trust yourself! But this is the best episode I have ever seen, thank you your dad did it really great.

Why have pink shoe boxes and not suitcases. And ordinary people open boxes?
The ordinary people are contestants, everyone seen will at some time be the next one in the spotlight, you get to see them for 2-3 weeks and learn about them, because they are together for some time they make friends and stay in contact with each other after they leave.
Boxes because you can fit more money into a box than a case, and ordinary people open the boxes so they don't have to spend money paying models to do it like in the American version. Also, it's much more personal and emotional when ordinary people open the boxes that can relate on a much more personal level to the contestant, especially since they come to know each other after being on the show for a while, adding emotion and entertainment value to the show.
It's because of that aspect I like this version better than any other version.
We have suitcases here in sweden too like the american version
I prefer the american version with ladies holding suitcases in nice dresses. It like our. We have it to. Not ordinary people open pink shoe boxes
The boxes are red not pink.
