Thank you so much Trish! It is interesting; I think we are all so much more tapped into a collective stream than we even imagine - especially those of us who do follow these spiritual mystical paths. I have been hearing more and more around this and I do think we are all sharing a hive mind working so hard to heal and support itself collectively. I love all of the tools you've touched on in here, especially service. I feel like I'm just getting itchy, my skin is about to loosen for shedding. I recently told Aurora (Lavender Hazelwood), I just want to burst into flames and die so that I can rise from the ashes 😂 I love how raw this is. I needed the REAL. THANK YOU❤
I can relate. I have some OCD tendencies when I'm stressed too and I too have been feeling the changes in my body as I get older. I'm relearning how to relate to myself as things change. It's disorienting at times. But also I take much more time for me now too. Much love to you, Emily!
