    This is a country wide issue. It all started with swat teams! All those fancy toys, they can't wait to use them. We need to have all cops through out the country carry a personal bond of two million minimum! So if they kill some one and are found guilty it's not the tax payer covering the cost!

    The problem is that Obama has told the police to treat U.S. citizens as terrorists then you get things like this happen. :(
