They discovered he was smoking weed after they pulled him over. So, the stop may well be unconstitutional as they didn't charge him with any other traffic violation. I want to know how they were able to access his personal cellphone messages without a warrant.
It sure sounds like someone set him up OR traded information for leniency or dropped charges. It's weird that people who hate cops and the justice system are dogging this prosecutor for helping out defendants charged with crimes.

@@notnow7973 For real, thank you. I felt like I was going insane seeing so many people who would normally be skeptical of the cops just straight up taking them at their word about this because it lines up with their beliefs. Why should any of us trust anything any of them ever say ever? No joke, but it seems like the majority of people who immediately jumped on this bandwagon are either typical copsuckers or just straight up racists whining about D E (and I can't finish that or it might get blocked, it seems like every comment I make questioning all these D E X claims get blocked, even if I post them on the comments that are specifically about D E X, I just don't get it, but whatever).

Was he investigating dirty cops and or would not get involved in targeting innocent people.
These are very valid questions in this day and age, especially seeing that cops who murder people are placed on paid leave while the police departments run interference and obstruction of justice on the cop's behalf for years.
Something stinks about this whole case. Mark my word.

It's rare but not unheard of for organized crime outfits like the mob and drug cartels to pay people to go to law school and get jobs either representing their legitimate and quasi-legitimate interests or to go undercover in local, county, state, or federal agencies.
