ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಡೆ ಮುಖ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.... ಆದುನಿಕ ಕೃಷಿಯ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ....ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ
ನೀವ್ ಹೆಳೋದು 100% ಸರಿ. ಈಗ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10 : 20 ಆದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು ಇನ್ನೂ ಲ್ಯಾಪ್ ಟಾಪ್ ದಿಂದ ಹೊರ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾದರೆ ಬದುಕಿನ ಅರ್ಥ ಏನು ಸರ್. ಇವರು ಬದುಕು ಅಂದರೆ ಏನು ಅಂತ ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ?

ಅಯ್ಯೋ sir ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿರೋ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಮಾತು 100 ಕ್ಕೆ 100 ಸತ್ಯ sir. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಈ List ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಒಬ್ಬ sir. Office ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡೋದು ನಿಜವಾಗಲೂ ತುಂಬಾ Stress ಅನ್ನಿಸ್ತಾ ಇದೆ ನೋಡಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕೇನೆ ಇವತ್ತು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸ ಇದ್ರೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯನೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ರಜಾ ತಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಆಯ್ತು. ಕೆಲಸದ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ದಿನ ಅಗಿತ್ತು. ಇವತ್ತು ಒಳ್ಳೆ freshness feel ಆಗ್ತಾ ಇದೆ.
ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ Payroll Outsourcing ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀನಿ sir ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನನಗೆ ತಮ್ಮಂಥವರ ಸಹಾಯ ಬೇಕು ಬದುಕು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳೋದಕ್ಕೆ. Company ಗೆ ದುಡಿದು ದುಡಿದು ಸಾಕಾಗಿದೆ. Company ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಉದ್ಧಾರ ಆಗ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ನಾನು ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಿಂದಾನೇ ಸೊರಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿನಿ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಪರಾವಲಂಬಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ತಿಲಾಂಜಲಿ ಹೇಳೋದು ಅಂತ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ Payroll Outsource ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀನಿ. ನನಗೆ Client ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿ.

I am leaving my current job. 27th of this month is my last working day.
We have freelance site to work our own. Not required to work overtime just work few hour and be happy life in village, not required to pay high rent in city. Simple and healthy life in village with parents. No high fees for my kids education less fee. From every side village life is good.
Instead of Paying high for the single employee and pressurising him with more work... companies can recruit 3 employees in that place with good salary and giving them work from home option....

True ... period during covid was a much required break for both kids n employees ..apart from health tension...it was tension free days from routine lifestyle..had opportunity to learn more than routine syllabus n work.. pattern
