Tenants, pay your rent! If you can't pay your rent call your landlord! Most landlords are not able to defer their mortgage. Not paying your rent could result in a damage credit score and an eviction at some point.
Electricity rates are switching to the lowest rate possible for the next 45 days.

@@kenparkin3261 you're right with the paint thing. my daughter and i were saying a week ago that people are preparing to do the work around the house during lock down. she'd love love love to repaint her rooms, but i've been two weeks with fever and am only safe to leave the house tomorrow - a day too late!!! i'd love to call your recommendation, but we're in ottawa where (sshh) my real estate friends are still working ?!
