◻Actually, I bought this transformer from the internet and it was in very bad condition.
◻The wires of the winding were aluminum, which we changed in this video and made copper winding. It was wound 850 turns with wire score 0.60 .
◻We removed the color of the body of this trans with sandblast and after straightening the bent parts, we painted it white again.
◻And in the end, we replaced the 220 power supply of this transformer, which used a plastic terminal, to a plug cable.

Why don't you buy a $12 Chinese wire winding machine that has the function of counting the number of turns of wire? Buying new screws is cheaper than soaking them in cleaning solution. After heating the transformer, drop it into a bucket of insulating paint and dry it. Quantity of 10 hours and kept at a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for high durability without fear of rusting the steel core

I watched what you did, but I am not sure why you did that. Seems unless the original windings were shorted or burnt open, they would have worked once you resoldered the inputs and output wires correctly...

Actually, aluminum wire cannot be soldered, that's why I replaced it with copper wire that can be soldered .

Ce truc me rappel un très mauvais souvenirs c est la cause du cramage de ce que m est très chère un magnétophone a bobine Phillips dans une epok ou c était impossible de le réparé car ils devenais introuvable desormee il me reste que les bobines de musique oublier c était pénible cet epok un quartier rouille en 220 une rue après c était du 110 ...
