Ruination was really key to victory, norra can fill her board immediately soo it would benefit her more then liss which gets her hand empty fast if you can kill her board

I am inevitable wouldn’t be so bad if Ice Shard wasn’t tripled.
I want Path of Champions to include more story, beats (it’s a good medium for smaller stories) - very much along the lines of how it started out.
Definitely would make sense to put for more Champeon Adventures, especially since they could make them specialized for the Champeon they’re for, ESPECIALLY for 4+ stars.
The 6 star adventure would be the ultimate test of you understanding their mechanics.
I'd say it would not only make sense, it should be added. It's not fair that the new additions don't get anything, whereas the old champs had stuff like that. And champion adventures were promised in the initial PoC overhaul, as far as I remember.
Maybe they'll get added at some point, now that the game's focus is on PvE.

Don't think that's gonna happen unless LoR pops off in the future and gets a bigger budget. Creating specialized adventures with new encounters probably takes a lot of work, which isn't worth for something that only be played with one champion, which a majority of the playerbase maybe doesn't even enjoy/own. It doesn't make sense since you could do the same work and create an adventure which is accessible to all. Best they can do is probably building story adventures out of already existing encounters and add a story. Maybe for the most played champions it's worth to add a specialized boss at the end, but I wouldn't hope for more.
i challenged liss only one time and it had "i am inevitable", i assumed it was her base power, aurelion managed to delete her anyway, it's nice to know that so unfair power isnt staple for her

Lissandra have ice shards to counter that.
but ive cleared all 5 slots using Poro King, Asol (of course), Bard, Morgana and Voli without the spellshields.
You should try Evelynn with the item that stuns all enemies on level up. It can happen up to six times and with all the other effects that can happen at the same time (like husks dying, Eves star powers etc) is really fun to watch, too. I just beat Galio with 3* Eve, 2x Welcoming Gifts, Lurk and Hallowed on every unit and Mordekaiser. Really really good
Anyways, I also love PoC Norra

what I don't like about PoC is that ganes rarely go long in the endgame. You usually want to win by at least turn 5-6, if not earlier, so half the games cardw will never be played.
i've found that whether i can beat liss often depends on whether she gets that power or not. i have to go through the whole damned run just to find out.
If Snuuy used the mystic shot to kill Gwen when she was at 2 HP before the bonk, he could have lethal that turn instead of losing the entire game 😭
My favourite part of Liss with that power is that the Thrall Bulwark still gets the procs. Also, had to deal with her using that as Ekko, when my plan had basically been "use the Kindred power from Remitter to put everything in Timewinder/Crystal range". Still worked out eventually, but it took a lot of uhh...Ekko thematic gameplay.
i love sunny pvp content as much as the next shut in,but PoC is always so fun cause you react and its unexpected :D

A good piece of content would be some PoC guides. Like getting started, and efficient ways to power up champs
I don't think that's necessary at all for PoC. There's not that much player input in what they're offered in buckets and to know what's a good pick, one only has to know what their deck does, which isn't really hard to do, through just playing the game and reading the cards.
The mode itself, through being a roguelike, focuses heavily on trial and error. If you play the game, you will learn it. Not much more to that than that.

@@tatybara I do play a lot of roguelikes and by far the best way of learning them is just through playing.
What's funny, is when PvP was still the main focus, PoC was one of the best ways to learn what cards are in the game and what they do.
There's no deckbuidling guide for PoC. You get a card bucket, you have to pick something, so pick the thing that you think will be the best. If you've chosen wrong, you'll learn that through playing, as you either won't play the card due to it feeling awkward, or you'll play it and find the effect underwhelming.
Same with shops.
Same with powers, and even better, because you'll know whether they're good right away when the game starts.
When it comes to "!" encounters, there's a wiki that's way more convenient to look through than a TH-cam video will ever be. It is up to date and updating it is way easier than updating a video.
I genuinely don't know what would you even need in terms of a guide. As far as I know, everything you need to know is given to you in the game in plain text. Read the thing on your screen and you should be good to go.
"What champions should you level first?" - those you find fun. They are all playable. There are more and less powerful ones, sure, but fun is more important than power and you'll still find moderate success with the less powerful ones. Try finding one that's fun in every region. That was all a lie, the only champion that's relevant is Veigar; you should max out Veigar and buy his skin when it shows up in the emporium, alongside all of his card backs and emotes, replace your desktop wallpaper with a picture of Veigar and wear a purple hat whenever you open the game.
And that's about it for the information that the game doesn't tell you about. Do weekly adventures and do the daily quest. If you're starting out, you should have a bunch of other quests you can do, do them as well. Not much more to resource gathering in this game.
I guess, don't spend the special currency on anything other than the epic reliquaries, because the resource is scarce and it's the only way to get epic items, whereas rare items can be obtained through weekly adventures.
And I really had to think to even give that "advice", because it just seemed so obvious to me.

I actually really enjoy the path content. A lot of variables that can make it different Everytime
a pvp deck where you give attach unites deathless so every time your unit dies you just reequips sounds amazing.

The tough power is beatable with controls like Yasuo and Morgana, it just destroys board based and tall aggro win cons.
Honestly though with the shop change the legendary actually feels pretty decent.
For my perspective on why I watch PoC content but not constructed: I haven't kept up with LoR for a while so I feel like the constructed videos would require an in-depth deck guide attached, which would drive away other watchers, for the games to make sense. PoC doesn't have to make sense, I'm just here to pass time and Pog along.

I beat lissandra with norra, trifarian might power was the MVP. You just keep striking their stuff with each summon.
In what world are 2 4/5 better than refill spell mana at round start ? That is easily the strongest rare power in the game.
Ruination is one of best win-cons against liss, it's only 1 card, none of liss units have spellshield, she doesn't really draw cards.

any tips for someone trying to get into PoC more such as ways to get fragments and relics?
Play the game, do the quests, not much more to that. Do daily and weekly stuff, rank up one champ per region to max and complete stuff with them. There is no secret, everything is laid out in plain sight.
PvP is always the same meta Vs meta or off meta Vs meta content, but PoC feels random, lively, with unexpected things being given.
They need to add a way to buy runes thats been my only complaint this whole time i dont wanna have to wait to be able to play with lux or the other 10 champs i dont have unlocked TAKE MY FUCKING MONEY

Oh, hell no. Keep the modes separate. PvP isn't good with heavy roguelike mechanics. The fight would be unfair by design and there'd always be one person who's having absolutely no fun in those matches.
When your power level is dictated through mostly RNG with little to no power ceilling, adding PvP, where the sought after thing is balance and consistency, is a terrible move.
I need to remind you - Jinx exists in PoC and the can pretty reliably deal 40 Nexus damage on turn 1 with minimal investment. The workaround is the relic that gives Nexus Tough, but even then, it has to be on a tanky champ, probably also with though and/or getting buffed after taking damage. And if you do that, you're basically beating a disabled toddler with a hammer, because Jinx can literally do nothing against that. Worse than nothing, actually.
And then there's Asol who drops 20 champs on the board in one turn, clears your whole board, heals to full if you even dealt any damage, then beats you down with Celestials and huge champs.
A terrible, imbalanced mess, with little to no actual counterplay involved.
And none of that could be fixed with balancing, because making it actually balanced would ruin the core PoC design entirely.

Sunny I love your videos, but I dont really like this long format. You can try editing the video in a way where you just add like whole fights then another ones where is really easy maybe just show the final board. Then show the next shop/healer/etc. The full champiom battles and then just add randoms clips of you atacking some enemies and winning a normal encounter. Watch a Pianta video for reference, he plays league but I am convinced this type of content can be sooo much dynamic and fast due to all the animations and effects there are.
