I carry RHK, XM-18, Eklipse and Maximus. Great knives! And when I want to carry some beautiful, I take my Shirogorov. Sometimes I look at Sebenza and other Reeves knives. They are somethere between RHK and Shiro, imho. Oneday I'll get CRK, I guess

Aw, chuke your killing me! I'm totally addicted to titanium handled. My Sebenza is magic though

My CRK is my Sunday knife. The RHK's are for every other day of the week.

Ive rocked the sebenza 31 and inkosi for a year now and love them. I just got my first xm18 and id agree with you. Its amazing, but Chris Reeve makes a better knife for knife things.

I have a Sebenza large 31 and a Hinderer Skinny in 3.5. Bog oak inlays. 45VN and M390. Battle bronze and G10 for the Skinny. Fit, finish, and a “classic” quality all favor the CRK. That being said, the Skinny occupies a lot of time in my pocket. I do like flippers although I can flip my 31 as well, though not quite as easy as the Skinny obviously. Hinderer does have that “tacticool” vibe but the “classic vibe” can surpas it and often does with me. What can I say? I just had to have both. The Hinderer did have to be a no choil, slicer though. Otherwise, the CRK is significantly ahead as slicing and cutting is far more common a task for an EDC. Anything I’m doing harder than that I have a backpack and an ESSE 6, etc. 😊

If the world was ending and I had to bug out and take just one knife with me between these two…. Hinderer in a beat!
    I do love CRK however

A sebenza is much better than an XM-18 in all regards except customability. Quality, ergos, resale value, desirability and looks. Also why i own several CRKs and one Hinderer. To me it's criminal for Rick to charge 80+ dollars for a tool that should be included with any purchase

Agreed. And $200 for the ti scale is way too much.

@@ChukesOutdoorAdventures all of their aftermarket custom parts are too high for what they're providing. I'm not saying they make bad knives just not near the level of CRK.

In my opinion Chris Reeve doesn't hold a candle to Rick Hinderer as far as build quality durability and everything involved with it

Disagree strongly with your comments, especially with "doesn't hold a candle re build quality etc" the tolerances of a CR knives are far superior to a RHK, you just need a micro gauge to establish that. in addition to all the awards Chris Reeves knives have won, far exceed those of RHK, both are very well made knives but to say CH knives don't hold a candle is not only disrespectful but also lacking in knowledge.
