Congratulations! Make Amazon Japan you're friend, I actually don't live in the Leo Palace anymore (too small) but I did enjoy how I made it my home for 8 months :)
such a lovely space. I enjoy these kind of videos a lot! haha. Actually so happy to see you back in Japan. Love your videos, thank you for making them :)
Thank you I worked hard to make it into a home for myself. I am happy to be back in Japan too. Thank you for your support and expect many more videos to come!
I'm glad you've managed to make your house into a home and feel comfortable in it :) I'm hoping to go on the JET program and am currently sorting out my application!
do people who are currently on JET PROGRAM live in the same kind of aparment? i saw other videos from other jet program participants and the apartments are the same
For 60000 Yen that apartment is an absolute steal! Congrats, what luck. Im hoping to enter the JET program when I graduate from college in like 3 years and this was my biggest concern. Do you get paid to teach by the school or the actual program? And if you don't mind me asking, roughly how much? I just want to know how much is left over for other expenses (food, transport, entertainment etc)
For fully furnished and with all water, gas, power, internet included it is fantastic! Every situation is different though so it's really luck of the draw. However, of course if you aren't happy with your accomodation you can move. I get paid by my board of education, which essentially is the government. I don't know off the top of my head what the annual income is, as a JET we are paid monthly and depending on what year of JET you are in depends on the annual income. It is all on JET's website though as it is the same pay for all applicants. As for expenses it is plenty enough to live of comfortably in my opinion, but that will depend on your spending habits and what you want to do in your free time.
Nice apartment. You've really made good use of the small space. I like the Amiibo cards. I'm considering moving to Japan next year and I should do the same instead of taking all my Amiibo figures with me, heh.
Nata de coco tastes pretty good actually, here in the philippines we add it in our fruit punch which consists of watermelon, lychee and nata de coco with watermelon juice ice and sugar, you should try making it during the summer.
I love the main room. That' how I will setup my main room as well when I finally get there.. i think i will be staying at the same kind of apt.. thank you for this video 💜💜
May I ask please, where your accent is from? By the way, your apartment looks very cozy 😊 The left side where your couch is at, I’d have some sort of storage there for some craft stuff, because I knit and crochet.
My accent is Australian. Thank you I try very hard to make it cozy and me! It has changed a little since this video because I have invested in extra things. I keep all my craft supplies in my closet and on the shelves above my TV.
Hello there, thanks for the information and sharing your apartment setup. I'm looking at possibly coming to Japan to teach ESL and/or Drama and the living description you gave is great for planning and developing proper expectations. :-)
You're pretty clean and organised unlike other youtubers who are busy putting make up instead of cleaning their apartment worst they have guts showing their disgusting pig pen like accommodation. Good luck and keep up with the cleanliness.
Nice place! I have a ¥5000 place in Okinawa. As you can imagine, it's pretty old for that price, but it will be great once it's cleaned and refurnished.
Right? I already bought a new stove. Going to buy a new AC unit and futons next. Might need to get a new fridge and washing machine, but I'm going to hold off on those unless they break completely. I'm sure it will all be great though. I see it as a diamond in the rough.
Trust, I know! Haha. I didn't get one when I got here because I was waiting on the cool weather to kick in, but it was brutal. My AC is really really dirty and leaks water inside the room when being used. That's definitely going to need to be replaced.
I love your apartment! Thanks for the video. I might do the JET program but I have a few more years of college. Is this place located in rural or urban japan?
I would love to go on jet programme but living as a single woman in Japan for a year I hear Japan has an issue with stalking? Have you had any negative experience?
Thank you, No I didn't I had it in Australia. All I did was shove it in my suitcase. If you are worried about it being damaged you can take it as carry on, just keep in mind it is counted as a "computer" so if it is in a bag you will most likely have to remove it during the x-ray bit of security check before boarding.
Why is that? They come furnished, all costs are included, for one person they are perfect size, you don't pay deposits or key money and if they keep it from Jet to Jet (which they did) they don't need to pay cleaning fees, Leo palace offer English support. I think its pretty smart even if at times being in one does suck because its super small.
Ohh now we see what you have inside your refrigerator ok I apologize two eggs how nice... I tried being patient and with an open mind...To see the apartment........Ok nevermind
First time seeing an apartment tour with real food in the fridge. Bravo.
Beautiful
Anyone watching from 2019 🤗
2021 lol
2021 lmao
2021 😆👍🏻
Watching this makes me really want to organise your place!
you're living in the apartment that I dream of!
Someone taught you well. So clean and organized.
Love what you have done with the place; very neat and organized but personal touches.
Thank you, wait until I show my new place once its all set up XD So much more space than this apartment.
I'm a new Aussie JET coming to Akita prefecture in July, and I swear if I can get my place looking even half as good as yours I'll be so happy! 😍😍
Congratulations!

Great tour! Thank you so much for posting! 💜
Did you buy that tv yourself or did it come with the apartment?
I'm glad you've managed to make your house into a home and feel comfortable in it :) I'm hoping to go on the JET program and am currently sorting out my application!
Thank you, oh how exciting for you. I wish you the best of luck in your application process!
You're so organized!!!!! Lol totally jealous.

@@ShirosanInJapan what city is this apartment in?
Its been 4 years now, I wonder if you're in japan now
I love these kind of spaces too tbh and for one person living, it's really quite nice. I love how organized you are. Love these videos!
Nata de coco is the white edible part inside of the coconut and that name on the top is the spanish name of it.
Nice
Nice apartment. You've really made good use of the small space.
I like the Amiibo cards. I'm considering moving to Japan next year and I should do the same instead of taking all my Amiibo figures with me, heh.
I was forced to haha
Yes, I love my amiibo figures but they really aren't travel friendly thats for sure.
Nata de coco tastes pretty good actually, here in the philippines we add it in our fruit punch which consists of watermelon, lychee and nata de coco with watermelon juice ice and sugar, you should try making it during the summer.
Oh that sounds delicious!!
I want to know where you bought your carpet and how much is it if you don't mind. As well as your sofa-bed :) Thank you!
Thanks for sharing. Where did you find that sofa bed??
I love the main room. That' how I will setup my main room as well when I finally get there.. i think i will be staying at the same kind of apt.. thank you for this video 💜💜
Your apartament is perfect!¡!

How did you put that big ass couch in that tiny room?
Is there anything in English that way if American wanted to come live in Japan would we be able to read English things to know what they said?
What is the name of the light on amazon?? Thank you
シロさん、日本を楽しんでね!!

Thank you, I try to be clean I don't like mess, and I am too lazy to bother wearing makeup.
That was super thorough.Cool apartment tho.
Nice place! I have a ¥5000 place in Okinawa. As you can imagine, it's pretty old for that price, but it will be great once it's cleaned and refurnished.
Its amazing how some new furniture can transform your house! I hope it all works out for you :)

Oh a new aircon you will need in Summer, I remember almost dying when I was in Okinawa in summer time. It was not my cup of tea!
Trust, I know! Haha. I didn't get one when I got here because I was waiting on the cool weather to kick in, but it was brutal. My AC is really really dirty and leaks water inside the room when being used. That's definitely going to need to be replaced.

I love your voice 😘😘
Were did you bought the lights??????
I got them from Amazon Japan :)
Great video, Did you buy your PS4 while in japan or bring it from home and if the latter how did you get it to japan safely?
Thank you, No I didn't I had it in Australia. All I did was shove it in my suitcase.

Looks like Leopalace (if you know what I mean lol)
I was surprised to see Knorr
You have no idea how much I envy you. 😐
YOU HAVE A LOT OF TEA WOMAN O_O
It’s not small yours. It has lost place to enjoy with your small dog.
If you teach english, how do you not teach your accent?
Wow, I'm surprised they put you in a leo palace.
Why is that?
