I wish we had known who was parked next but one to us at Oxon. We should have been in Derbyshire on a rally, cancelled due to weather, but decided to visit Oxon nearly at home, enjoying your videos even though we hav motorhomed all over Europe for over 50 years. Incidentally I do all the cooking look forward to your videos, Tony Hignett.

Shrewsbury's lovely. Apart from the history side & Scrooges' grave it has a great craft shop. I spend far too much in there. It was nice to see it in bright weather too. That was a beautiful stained glass window. See you soon xx

We love this Vlog and we love Shrewsbury. If you don't mind a 'wild camp', you can park MH's and camp overnight on the 'Welsh Bridge' car park. (If you can get in). 5 min walk into town. We have stayed a few times with no troubles whatsoever. On Friday we are off to Somerset, calling at Uphill Marina for a couple of nights to meet friends who live in Weston S Mare. Looking forward to visiting the place of your 'Intro'. Best Wishes, Dave and Soph xx

Lovely town, got family there and been there a few times recently. Really nice American BBQ restaurant. I saw a lovely Barbour coat there too, I started giving hints to the family for my birthday. Lots to do 👍 see you soon 👍

Hi Rob & Lynn Tour of Shrewsbury, its not far from here & yes i have been there many times & you walked straight past the chippy , Once you have been there a few times you will soon find your way around its a beautiful place all year round except when its flooded which seems sad but its happening more often now & most of the older buildings seem to cope its the new ones that aren't built right in the first place that fall apart in the first 2yrs, because they dont build high enough for the river severn to flow through it! & its half Welsh half English & neither side get along very well @ all ,my oldest Son used to live there @ frankwell what a bloody dive that is ,but the town is old but very pretty , hope you get some nice slippers Lynn on line ,just hope you get home to enjoy them lovely, & Rob if you dont intend to spend money on things why go out @ all just stop in the bus & moan 😂 you do crack me up scrooge Mcduck ! 😂 we are in for a really bad weekend so i dont think you will be aloud back to your holiday home but keeping my fingers crossed for you both ! But i have a feeling now with our weather getting much worse & winter's going to be long & hard you will be better off in your house 🏠 where you can be warm & cozy & protected from all this crazy 🤪 weather that they still blame on global warming yeh right ! So glad you came back to our lovely town, even if you had to resort to being bus wan*ers 😂😂. I was shouting at the tv, telling you the history of the Nags Head and The Lion Hotel, so interesting, try and do a tour next time if you can, so many ghost stories.If you’d gone another way from the Lion you would have come across a shopping centre with the chain stores in, including a sweet shop Lynn! Robert could have a gag instead of an apron!!!!! Isn't it £2 single on all buses nowadays. A special concession from the government. I think the padlocks started for couples when they got engaged and as Lyn said, locking their love together. I hate going round shops with my husband, he always gets tired or hungry just when you want to buy something and you never get to do it. Must be a man thing.
